Pick your lane (anything you can make every week — village shops and services, farming tips, business tips, a skill). Make ONE 30-60 second video featuring a real person or place from your area, WITH their spoken consent, add the KaryoSetu logo or intro, and post it on your channel.
Submit: One branded video link + your chosen lane + a line confirming the subject gave consent.

Day-1: Co-Brand Your Channel
Make your channel a Setu Star channel. Set the Setu Star bio, add the profile badge ring, pin an "I am now a Setu Star" post, and set up the KaryoSetu intro + corner logo for your videos. Your Brand Kit has everything ready to copy.
Submit: Screenshots of your updated bio and profile + the link to your pinned "I am a Setu Star" post.
Pick Your Show & 30-Day Plan
Channels that grow have a repeatable show, not random posts. Choose a branded show format for your lane (Gaon Ke Hunar / Kisan Gyan / Dhandha Tips / Meri Dukaan — or invent your own) and plan 12 video ideas plus a simple posting schedule for 30 days.
Submit: Your show name + 12 topic ideas + a simple 30-day posting plan.
Consent, Shoot Craft & The Open Call
Learn to take a one-line spoken consent, shoot cleanly on your phone, and open with a 3-second hook. Publish 2 branded videos with consenting subjects, AND post "The Open Call" reel inviting any shopkeeper or worker to send you their own clip to be featured.
Submit: 2 branded video links + your Open Call reel link + a line on how you took consent.
Phase 2: Skill Building
4 missionsAI-powered missions, advanced craft, and your capstone project.
The Daily Story Habit
Branding KaryoSetu daily is the heart of being a Setu Star. Post one KaryoSetu-mention story every day for 7 days in a row — a tip, a poll, a "person I met today", or a teaser of your next video. Build the streak.
Submit: Screenshots of 7 daily KaryoSetu stories (one per day) + your streak count.
Branding Compliance Mastery
Publish 4 branded videos in 2 weeks — every one carrying the KaryoSetu intro and corner logo, and tagging @karyosetu. Consistency, not one-offs, is what a sponsor pays for.
Submit: 4 branded video links, each visibly branded and tagging KaryoSetu.
Hook & Genuine Reach
Re-cut your videos for stronger hooks and hit your first genuine-reach milestone. Reach is counted on real, engaged views from real people — never bought views or fake followers.
Submit: Your best-performing video link + an insights screenshot showing genuine reach and engagement.
Get Reposted / Go Multi-Platform
Make one shoot travel further. Either earn a repost from the official @karyosetu page, OR post the same branded clip on a second platform (YouTube Shorts / Moj / ShareChat / a WhatsApp status broadcast). One shoot, more reach.
Submit: A link to the @karyosetu repost OR the same branded clip live on a second platform.
Phase 3: Portfolio & Launch
5 missionsBuild your proof, pitch yourself, graduate with a bang.
Follower Growth Sprint
Grow your genuine followers over about 2 weeks using the growth hacks you have learned. Real, engaged followers only — bought or fake followers are anti-fraud checked and disqualify the milestone.
Submit: Before/after follower-count screenshots + a note on which 2 growth hacks you used and what worked.
Cross-Promote: Story Swap + Collab
Stars grow each other. Story-swap with 2 other Setu Stars (each shares the other on their story) and co-shoot 1 collab reel posted on both channels. Aligned local audiences flow between you.
Submit: Screenshots of the 2 story swaps + the collab reel link + a note on the cross-reach you saw.
Recruit & Appreciate
Two growth hacks in one mission. Post the "Become a Setu Star like me" recruitment call, and do 3 Appreciation Reposts of local talent ("KaryoSetu appreciates your effort"). Both grow your reach and the @karyosetu community.
Submit: Your Recruit-a-Star post link + 3 appreciation reposts + a note on follows you drove to @karyosetu.
Star Showcase to Sponsored Star
Make a short "my creator journey" wrap reel and build your one-page media kit (followers, reach, lane, best videos, rates). This is how you graduate to a Sponsored Setu Star — your paid daily-branding contract begins at your reach tier.
Submit: Your wrap reel link + your media-kit summary + your current follower/reach tier.
Bonus: Land Your First Brand Deal
The bold bonus. Use your media-kit page to pitch one local brand, shop, or service for a small paid spotlight on your channel. Optional — it never blocks your graduation, but it is the rep that turns a creator into an earner.
Submit: A screenshot of your sent pitch + the brand/shop you targeted + 2 lines on the spotlight you offered.
