KaryoSetu is a bootstrapped, early-stage startup. We're largely self-funded today, and selectively open to mission-aligned pre-seed partners. The founder, Trupti Gavit, is building this with her own savings and conviction.
We are not hiring salaried employees yet. Most roles here are equity-based (co-founder) or experience-based (volunteer). The one exception is our Gram Scholars internship, which pays a milestone stipend.
What we can offer is something rare: the chance to build something from scratch that will impact hundreds of millions of lives. If you join as a co-founder, you get real equity and real decision-making power. If you volunteer, you get real experience and a story worth telling.
We want people who are here for the mission, not the paycheck. The paycheck will come when the mission succeeds.
