KaryoSetu is a bootstrapped, early-stage startup. We have no external funding. The founder, Trupti Gavit, is building this with her own savings and conviction.
We are not hiring for salaried positions right now. We cannot offer salaries, stipends, or financial compensation at this stage.
What we can offer is something rare: the chance to build something from scratch that will impact hundreds of millions of lives. If you join as a co-founder, you get real equity and real decision-making power. If you volunteer, you get real experience and a story worth telling.
