Phase 1: Foundation

Master the App
You can only help others with what you know yourself. Complete the free "Platform Mastery" guides, then prove it: do a voice search, create one practice listing, and find a nearby service in the app.
Submit: Screenshots of (1) a voice search, (2) a listing you created, (3) a nearby result — plus one line on what you found hardest.
Explain KaryoSetu in 60 Seconds
A Saathi must explain KaryoSetu so simply that a farmer, a shopkeeper and a grandmother all get it — and must calmly answer the #1 question: "Is this a scam? Is it free?". Record a 60-second clip doing both.
Submit: A 60–90 sec video (selfie or to a friend) where you (1) explain what KaryoSetu is in plain words, and (2) answer "Is it free / is it a scam?" with confidence.
Create a Listing for Someone Else
The heart of a Saathi: do the typing for those who can't. Find ONE real shopkeeper or worker, take their permission, and build a complete, honest listing for them with photos.
Submit: A screenshot of the live listing you created for someone + a one-line note: who they are, and that you took their consent.
Phase 2: Skill Building

Help the Non-Literate (Voice)
KaryoSetu speaks. Find one person who cannot read or type, and teach them to use voice search and voice listing so they can use the app ALONE next time. Independence is the goal — not dependence on you.
Submit: A short clip or photos of you teaching someone to use voice + one line on who they were and what they can now do alone.
Trust, Consent & Anti-Fraud
A Saathi holds the village's trust — and that can never be abused. Learn the rules, then record your Saathi Pledge: always take consent, never create fake users, never share private numbers, never promise money you can't give.
Submit: A short clip of YOU saying the Saathi Pledge in your own words + answering: "Why would creating fake users hurt everyone?"
Resolve a Real Problem
Apps break, people get confused, customers and sellers disagree. A Saathi is the calm human who fixes it. Handle ONE real doubt, complaint or problem for a user — and write down how you solved it.
Submit: A short note (3–5 lines) describing a real problem you helped solve: what happened, what you did, how it ended.
Phase 3: Portfolio & Launch

Your First 5 Verified Active Users
This is the real test of a Saathi. Onboard FIVE genuine people in your area — each with a real listing AND at least one real action (a search, an inquiry, or a customer connection). Quality, not numbers. These five prove you can do the job.
Submit: A list of your 5 users (first name + work + village) with proof each is real & active (listing live + one action). Honest, no fakes.
Run a Mini-Shivir (Bonus)
Want to go further than a Certified Saathi? Gather a small group — at a chaupal, SHG meeting, weekly market or CSC — and onboard several people at once. This is how Super Saathis are born.
Submit: A photo of your mini-camp + how many people attended and how many you onboarded that day.
