HR Orientation & Talent Map
Understand who KaryoSetu needs, then map the talent to recruit: Setu Saathis (trusted helpers), Setu Stars (local businesses), and interns.
Submit: A talent map: the 3 roles KaryoSetu recruits for + where to find each + 5 real people/businesses you could approach.
Sourcing Sprint: Find Setu Stars
Scout your area for 8 local businesses that should be on KaryoSetu as Setu Stars. Real sourcing — the daily work of a recruiter.
Submit: A shortlist of 8 prospective Setu Stars: name, trade, phone, location + a one-line fit note each.
Learn in Public
Real professionals build an audience by sharing what they learn. Post one specific thing you learned this week on LinkedIn, tagging KaryoSetu — turn your progress into proof and reach.
Submit: A live LinkedIn post URL sharing one learning + a screenshot showing the KaryoSetu tag.
Phase 2: Skill Building

AI Recruiter
Use AI like a modern recruiter: draft a clear role one-pager, 5 screening questions, and a warm outreach message — then edit the AI so it sounds human and KaryoSetu-true.
Submit: A role one-pager + 5 screening questions + 1 outreach message, plus the prompts you used and your edit notes.
Onboard 3 Setu Stars
Real impact: actually onboard 3 local businesses onto KaryoSetu as Setu Stars. Help each register, set up their shop/listing, and explain the value face to face.
Submit: 3 onboarded Setu Stars: registration screenshots + a selfie/photo with each owner + 1 line on what they sell.
Intern Recruitment Drive
Grow KaryoSetu's talent pipeline: get 10 students to apply to a KaryoSetu internship using posts, college/WhatsApp groups, and personal outreach.
Submit: Proof of 10 referred applicants (names/screenshots) + the message or post you used.
Onboarding Kit & Process
Design a repeatable onboarding so every new Setu Star or intern has a great first week: a welcome checklist, a warm welcome message, and a clear 5-step process.

Phase 3: Portfolio & Launch

Build Your Portfolio & Proof
Your work only counts if a recruiter can see it. Curate everything you have built into a sharable portfolio and write the one resume line that sells this internship.
Submit: Your KaryoSetu portfolio link + a 4-6 line portfolio summary + your one-line resume bullet.
The Reverse Interview
Practice selling yourself. Prepare a sharp "why hire me" pitch and answers to 3 classic interview questions — each backed by real evidence from this internship.
Submit: Your 60-second pitch (text or recording) + answers to 3 interview questions with portfolio evidence.
Go Live & HR Impact Report — Grow KaryoSetu
Ship in public and report your impact. Publish a LinkedIn post about your HR internship (tag KaryoSetu) and write a short report of who you onboarded/recruited and what you learned.
Submit: A live LinkedIn post URL (tagging KaryoSetu) + a one-page HR impact report.
Bold Outreach (Bonus)
The bold bonus. Cold-message a recruiter, HR leader or founder at a company you admire — a sharp, respectful pitch referencing your KaryoSetu work. Ready-made scripts are in your Get Hired Kit. Optional, but the rep that changes careers.
