Milestone stipends (Rs.300 at 15 onboards, Rs.500 at 50, Rs.700 at graduation) + up to Rs.1,000 star bonus. Guided every step by Trupti, our founder.

Get to Know Your Village
Walk your village for ~2 hours. Find 10 DIFFERENT kinds of working people. Photograph each (with a smile and permission) and write a short note.
Submit: 10 photos + a note each (location on)
Meet Your Tool
Open your onboarding board and add your first 2-3 willing people to KaryoSetu (with consent + correct details). This is practice — go slow.
Submit: 2-3 people added on the board
Bring 15 People to KaryoSetu
Onboard 15 real people from your village onto KaryoSetu using the board (consent + correct details + photo). Your board shows the count. This is your first paid milestone.

Phase 2: Skill Building
4 missionsAI-powered missions, advanced craft, and your capstone project.
Really Talk to People
Sit with 3 of the people you onboarded and have a real conversation. Listen more than you talk. With permission, record one short audio.
Submit: 3 interview summaries + 1 audio (with consent)
Make Sense of It
Put your 3 conversations into the same boxes (work, income, biggest problem) and find the one pattern that repeats.
Submit: A simple data form + a "What I Found" note
Find the Real Problem
Find the top 3 real problems your village faces. For each: who is hurt, how many, what they do now, and what would help.
Submit: Top 3 problems, clearly described
Make AI Your Assistant
Use AI for 3 real tasks from your fieldwork. Tell it who you are, what you want, and give your real data — then check and fix its answer.

Phase 3: Portfolio & Launch
5 missionsBuild your proof, pitch yourself, graduate with a bang.
Bring 50 People (Deep Sprint)
Over ~2 weeks grow to 50+ people onboarded on the board (keep going toward 100). After every 10, write one short "what I noticed".

Make Something Real
Pick one problem you found and build one small, finished thing that helps — a list, a poster, a workshop. Then test it with 5 real people and improve it.
Submit: A build + a 5-person test note
Put Your Name Out There
Show your work to the world on BOTH the places you already use (Instagram/WhatsApp) and LinkedIn. Post your story with one real number and one real person, and tag KaryoSetu.

Publish Your Research
Turn everything you saw, heard and built into one ~2,000-word field report you can show anyone, anytime. Real numbers, quotes, photos.
