Think of it as a hyper-local Instagram influencer program. The Star doesn't sell door-to-door. They don't teach the app face-to-face. Instead, they create content that does the selling and teaching for them — at scale, 24/7, from a single reel that 5,000 people might watch.
A Setu Star is NOT an employee. They are NOT a Setu Saathi. They are a creative partner who uses their phone camera and storytelling skills to grow KaryoSetu — and themselves — on Instagram.

Primary channel. The training itself is delivered as an Instagram Reel series on @karyosetu's profile. Stars learn by watching the same format they'll create. Meta-training: "Learn reels by watching reels."

Community channel. District-wise WhatsApp groups for Stars. Daily tips, weekly challenges, peer feedback, and direct access to the KaryoSetu content team. This is where Stars bond, share, and learn from each other.

Channel 3: In-Person Meetup
Monthly channel. Star Sabha — a monthly in-person or hybrid meetup where Stars learn advanced techniques, get content reviewed, network, and celebrate wins. Think of it as a creator meetup with a purpose.

Why Instagram as a Training Channel?
Stars are content creators. They live on Instagram. Training them through reels means: (1) they learn the format by experiencing it, (2) the training content itself doubles as promotional content, (3) they can immediately share what they learned as their own reel. The medium is the message.

Why Video Submissions?
Setu Stars are content creators. Their entire job is creating videos. If they can't submit a practice reel, they can't be a Star. The practice tasks ARE the audition. By Module 6, a trainee has already created and posted their first real reel — they're already a Star in practice.

Beyond the Quiz
In addition to the 10-question exam, the KaryoSetu team reviews the trainee's practice task submissions (especially M3 and M6 — actual posted reels). If reel quality is below threshold, the trainee gets specific feedback and can resubmit. The quiz tests knowledge; the portfolio tests ability.
