सुनो भाई, सोचो तुम्हारे गाँव या कस्बे में कितनी दुकानें हैं? किराना, दर्ज़ी, मैकेनिक, चाय की टपरी, ब्यूटी पार्लर, मेडिकल, फ़र्नीचर, इलेक्ट्रीशियन… सोचो ज़रा। शायद 50, शायद 100, शायद उससे भी ज़्यादा। अब सोचो — इनमें से कितनी दुकानें Instagram पर हैं? कितनों की Google पर listing है?
जवाब है — बहुत कम। शायद 5-10% भी नहीं।
और यही तुम्हारा मौका है! 🎯
Shop Spotlight का concept बहुत simple है — तुम अपने इलाके की local दुकानों के छोटे-छोटे video reels बनाओगे और Instagram पर post करोगे। बस। इतना simple।
"अरे, बस video बना दो? इसमें क्या बड़ी बात है?" — यही तो बड़ी बात है भाई! जो काम simple लगता है, वो करता कोई नहीं। तुम करोगे, और तुम्हें results मिलेंगे।
Shop Spotlight सिर्फ़ video बनाना नहीं है — ये एक पूरा system है जिसमें तुम local businesses को digital दुनिया में ला रहे हो। तुम एक bridge हो — offline दुकान और online customers के बीच।
भाई, ज़रा ध्यान से सोचो। आज की दुनिया में सब कुछ phone पर हो रहा है। लोग restaurant ढूंढ रहे हैं phone पर। Doctor ढूंढ रहे हैं phone पर। Plumber चाहिए — Google search। Electrician चाहिए — WhatsApp पर पूछो।
लेकिन अपने गाँव-कस्बे की दुकानों का क्या? वो अभी भी old-school तरीके से चल रही हैं — सिर्फ़ word of mouth से। "अरे, रामू की दुकान अच्छी है" — बस यही उनकी marketing है।
अब problem ये है कि नए customers उन तक पहुँच नहीं पा रहे। कोई बाहर से आया, उसे किराना चाहिए — वो Google करेगा, Instagram देखेगा। और अगर तुम्हारे इलाके की दुकान online नहीं है, तो वो customer किसी और के पास चला जाएगा।

हर Shop Spotlight में ये 4 चीज़ें ज़रूर होनी चाहिए:
कोई नाटक नहीं, कोई overacting नहीं। जैसा है, वैसा दिखाओ। लोग fake चीज़ें एक second में पकड़ लेते हैं। अगर दुकान छोटी है तो छोटी दिखाओ — लेकिन उसकी quality और service highlight करो। "छोटी दुकान, बड़ा दिल!" — ये approach रखो।
Instagram Reels पर attention span बहुत कम है — 3 seconds में decide हो जाता है कि कोई देखेगा या scroll कर देगा। तो video 30-60 seconds का रखो, ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा 90 seconds। कम बोलो, ज़्यादा दिखाओ।
Viewer को कुछ useful information मिलनी चाहिए — दुकान कहाँ है, क्या मिलता है, rate क्या है, timing क्या है, कोई special बात। सिर्फ़ "अच्छी दुकान है" बोलकर video ख़त्म मत करो — details दो!
थोड़ा मज़ा होना चाहिए! Boring documentary मत बनाओ। Trending music लगाओ, shopkeeper से कोई funny बात कराओ, कोई challenge डालो ("Guess karo price?"), या कोई surprising fact बताओ।

Instagram पर जाओ और search करो: #ShopSpotlight, #LocalBusiness, #SmallBusinessIndia. कम से कम 5 अच्छे videos देखो और note करो:
इससे तुम्हें idea आएगा कि क्या काम करता है और क्या नहीं।
Chapter 2
ये सबसे important chapter है भाई। तुम चाहे कितना भी अच्छा video बनाओ — अगर तुम shopkeeper को convince नहीं कर पाए, तो video बनेगा ही नहीं! 😅
बहुत से लोगों को shopkeeper से बात करने में हिचकिचाहट होती है। "अरे, वो मना कर देंगे तो?" "अरे, वो बुरा मान जाएंगे तो?" "अरे, कैसे बोलूँ?"
Relax भाई! तुम उनसे पैसे नहीं माँग रहे — तुम उन्हें FREE में कुछ दे रहे हो! तुम उनकी दुकान की FREE marketing कर रहे हो! ज़्यादातर shopkeepers खुश होंगे जब उन्हें ये बात समझ आएगी।
तुम sales नहीं कर रहे — तुम HELP कर रहे हो। तुम shopkeeper की ज़िंदगी आसान बना रहे हो। इस mindset के साथ जाओ — confidence अपने आप आएगा।
Jab tum kisi shopkeeper ko pehli baar approach kar rahe ho, jise personally nahi jaante:
"Namaste uncle/bhaiya! Main [Tumhara Naam], [Area] se. Main Instagram pe apne area ki dukaanon ka video banata/banati hoon. Aapki dukaan bahut acchi hai — kya main ek chhota sa video bana sakta/sakti hoon? Isse aapki dukaan 10,000+ logon tak pahunchegi bilkul free!"
Iske baad agar woh interested lagein, toh ye add karo:

Jab shopkeeper tumhein pehle se jaanta ho — padosi, rishtedaar ka dukaan, ya regularly jaate ho:

Jab koi pehle se jaanta hai, toh baat zyada aasan hoti hai. Unhe sirf ye samjhao ki tum kya kar rahe ho aur unka kya fayda hai.
Apne pehle 3-4 videos un dukaanon ke banao jinse tum pehle se jaante ho. Isse tum: (a) Practice kar loge bina pressure ke, (b) Portfolio ban jaayega dikhane ke liye, (c) Confidence build hoga cold approach ke liye!
Kabhi-kabhi shopkeeper ko detail mein samjhana padta hai ki fayda kya hoga. Tab ye script use karo:
"Dekhiye, aaj kal sab phone pe search karte hain. 'Near me kirana', 'best tailor in [area]' — ye sab Google pe search hota hai. Agar aapki dukaan online nahi hai, toh naye customers kaise aayenge? Har shopkeeper haan nahi bolega. Kuch log mana karenge. Koi baat nahi — isko professionally handle karo. Yahan pe common objections hain aur unke jawaab:

"Theek hai ji! Main sirf dukaan aur products dikhaunga — aapka face nahi aayega video mein. Bahut se shopkeepers aise karte hain — sirf dukaan dikhti hai, voice-over main daal deta/daalti hoon. Koi dikkat nahi!"
Bahut baar shopkeeper video mein aana nahi chahte starting mein. Lekin jab unhe results dikhte hain — views aate hain, customers aate hain — toh khud bolte hain: "Bhai, agla video mein mujhe bhi dikhao!" 😄 Patience rakho.
"Fayda? Ji, ek dukaan wale ko ek hi video se 15 naye customers aaye. Main dikhata hoon apna phone — ye raha video, dekhiye kitne views aaye. Free hai — try karne mein kya jaata hai? Agar 1 bhi naya customer aaya toh fayda hi fayda!"
"Theek hai ji! Main kal subah/dopahar aa jaunga — 2 minute hi lagenge. Aapka number le loon taaki pehle call karke confirm kar loon? Aapko koi dikkat na ho."

Kabhi personally mat lo. Woh tumhe nahi, concept ko reject kar rahe hain. Aur bahut baar jab unhe results dikhte hain (competitor ka video viral hua), toh khud phone karke bolte hain: "Bhai, mera bhi bana do!" 😄
Apne ghar mein kisi family member ya dost ke saath practice karo. Woh shopkeeper bane, tum setu star bano. 5 baar practice karo — har baar alag objection handle karo:
