जवाब है — बहुत कम। शायद 5-10% भी नहीं।

और यही तुम्हारा मौका है! 🎯

Shop Spotlight का concept बहुत simple है — तुम अपने इलाके की local दुकानों के छोटे-छोटे video reels बनाओगे और Instagram पर post करोगे। बस। इतना simple।

"अरे, बस video बना दो? इसमें क्या बड़ी बात है?" — यही तो बड़ी बात है भाई! जो काम simple लगता है, वो करता कोई नहीं। तुम करोगे, और तुम्हें results मिलेंगे।

भाई, ज़रा ध्यान से सोचो। आज की दुनिया में सब कुछ phone पर हो रहा है। लोग restaurant ढूंढ रहे हैं phone पर। Doctor ढूंढ रहे हैं phone पर। Plumber चाहिए — Google search। Electrician चाहिए — WhatsApp पर पूछो।

लेकिन अपने गाँव-कस्बे की दुकानों का क्या? वो अभी भी old-school तरीके से चल रही हैं — सिर्फ़ word of mouth से। "अरे, रामू की दुकान अच्छी है" — बस यही उनकी marketing है।

1.5 — अच्छा Spotlight कैसा होता है?

हर Shop Spotlight में ये 4 चीज़ें ज़रूर होनी चाहिए:

✅ 1. Authentic (असली)

कोई नाटक नहीं, कोई overacting नहीं। जैसा है, वैसा दिखाओ। लोग fake चीज़ें एक second में पकड़ लेते हैं। अगर दुकान छोटी है तो छोटी दिखाओ — लेकिन उसकी quality और service highlight करो। "छोटी दुकान, बड़ा दिल!" — ये approach रखो।

✅ 2. Short (छोटा)

Instagram Reels पर attention span बहुत कम है — 3 seconds में decide हो जाता है कि कोई देखेगा या scroll कर देगा। तो video 30-60 seconds का रखो, ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा 90 seconds। कम बोलो, ज़्यादा दिखाओ।

✅ 3. Informative (जानकारी भरा)

Viewer को कुछ useful information मिलनी चाहिए — दुकान कहाँ है, क्या मिलता है, rate क्या है, timing क्या है, कोई special बात। सिर्फ़ "अच्छी दुकान है" बोलकर video ख़त्म मत करो — details दो!

एक simple weekly plan बनाओ:

🎯 Activity 1.1 — अपने इलाके की दुकानें गिनो

अभी एक काग़ज़ लो और अपने गाँव/इलाके की 20 दुकानें लिखो जिनका Spotlight बना सकते हो। हर दुकान के साथ लिखो:

  • दुकान का नाम
  • क्या बेचते/करते हैं
  • दुकानदार से तुम्हारी पहचान है या नहीं (हाँ/ना)
  • Video में interesting क्या होगा

ये list तुम्हारे अगले 2 महीनों का content calendar बन जाएगी!

🎯 Activity 1.2 — 5 Shop Spotlight Reels देखो

Instagram पर जाओ और search करो: #ShopSpotlight, #LocalBusiness, #SmallBusinessIndia. कम से कम 5 अच्छे videos देखो और note करो:

  • Video कितने seconds का था?
  • Hook क्या था? (पहले 3 seconds)
  • क्या-क्या दिखाया?
  • Music/audio कैसा था?
  • CTA क्या था?

इससे तुम्हें idea आएगा कि क्या काम करता है और क्या नहीं।

Chapter 2

🗣️ Shopkeeper से बात कैसे करो

2.1 — पहला कदम — Approach

ये सबसे important chapter है भाई। तुम चाहे कितना भी अच्छा video बनाओ — अगर तुम shopkeeper को convince नहीं कर पाए, तो video बनेगा ही नहीं! 😅

बहुत से लोगों को shopkeeper से बात करने में हिचकिचाहट होती है। "अरे, वो मना कर देंगे तो?" "अरे, वो बुरा मान जाएंगे तो?" "अरे, कैसे बोलूँ?"

Relax भाई! तुम उनसे पैसे नहीं माँग रहे — तुम उन्हें FREE में कुछ दे रहे हो! तुम उनकी दुकान की FREE marketing कर रहे हो! ज़्यादातर shopkeepers खुश होंगे जब उन्हें ये बात समझ आएगी।

💡 Mindset Tip

तुम sales नहीं कर रहे — तुम HELP कर रहे हो। तुम shopkeeper की ज़िंदगी आसान बना रहे हो। इस mindset के साथ जाओ — confidence अपने आप आएगा।

Approach करने से पहले ये करो:

  1. Dukaan ko observe करो: 2-3 minute बाहर से देखो। क्या busy है? Kya mood sahi lag raha hai?
  2. Right time choose करो: Subah abhi dukaan khuli hai ya rush hour hai — dono galat time hai. Best time: dopahar 12-3 (slow hours) ya shaam ko jab thoda free hon
  3. Apna phone ready rakho: Pehle se apna Instagram profile kholo, apne purane videos dikhane ke liye ready rakho
