"Work for every hand, identity for every village" — this isn't just a tagline, it's a dream. And KaryoSetu is the app that's turning this dream into reality.
Look, let's keep it simple — KaryoSetu is a digital marketplace. But it's not some fancy app made for city folks. This app was built specifically for people in villages and small towns — for those who have incredible skills but no platform to sell their stuff.
Think about it — there's a bhabhi in your village who makes amazing achaar. Some uncle who crafts beautiful wooden furniture. Some didi who does gorgeous hand embroidery. But where does their stuff sell? Just in their own village, or maybe the next village over. The outside world has no idea these amazing skills even exist.
KaryoSetu solves exactly this problem. It's a platform where anyone — whether you're a farmer, a shopkeeper, an artisan, or a daily-wage worker — can list their products or services and show them to people in their area.
KaryoSetu is not an online shopping site like Amazon or Flipkart. It's a hyperlocal C2C marketplace — meaning Customer-to-Customer. One person sells directly to another person, with no middleman taking a cut.
Here's the biggest thing — KaryoSetu is a voice-first app. What does that mean? It means that even if someone can't type, even if they're an elderly person whose hands shake, or someone who never learned to read and write — they can still use this app easily. Just speak, and the app understands!
You just say into your phone — "I want to sell my cow" — and the app automatically creates the listing. No typing, no filling out forms, just speak and it's done!
Ramlal Chacha — 58 years old, from a village near Varanasi. Chacha can't type at all. His son gave him a phone, and he can barely manage WhatsApp. But on KaryoSetu, Chacha created a listing for his buffalo just by speaking into the phone. Within 3 days, a buyer came from the neighbouring village. Chacha said — "This is so easy, it just happened by talking!"
KaryoSetu's mission is pretty simple:
"Friends, imagine if every skill in your village could be seen by the world! What if dadi's chutney became famous not just in the village, but across the whole district? That's exactly what KaryoSetu is doing — making every village's talent go digital. And I'm your Setu Star, the one who'll show you all of this on Instagram!"
Let's break down these big English words and make them simple:
Hyperlocal means — super local, very nearby. Like your village, your block, your tehsil. When you list something on KaryoSetu, it shows up for people around you — within a 5 km, 10 km, 25 km, or 50 km radius. That's why it's hyperlocal — it's your neighbourhood's marketplace.
C2C means Customer to Customer. One regular person is selling to another regular person. No big company in the middle. It's you, your product, and the buyer — that's it, a straight deal.
Marketplace simply means a bazaar. You know how your village has a weekly haat, right? That's a physical marketplace. KaryoSetu is a digital marketplace — the bazaar is right in your phone!
Imagine your village has a haat every Wednesday. Everyone brings their stuff — some sell vegetables, some sell clothes, some sell utensils. But the haat happens only one day a week, and only people who can walk there can come. Now imagine — KaryoSetu is a haat that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and it lives in your phone! Anytime, from anywhere, anyone can browse it.
KaryoSetu has 13 different categories. You can list something in every single one. Let's go through them one by one:
| # | Category | Hindi Name | What You Can List | Who Would Use It |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Agriculture | Kheti-Kisaani | Crops, seeds, fertilizer, farming tools, tractors | Farmers, farm labourers |
| 2 | Livestock | Pashudhan | Cows, buffaloes, goats, chickens, fodder, medicines | Animal keepers, dairy owners |
| 3 | Products | Saamaan | Homemade goods, handmade products, daily-use items | Homemakers, artisans |
| 4 | Services | Sevaayen | Plumbers, electricians, carpenters, beauty parlours | Service workers |
| 5 | Transport | Gaadi-Vaahan | Buying/selling vehicles, rental vehicles, shared rides | Vehicle owners, drivers |
| 6 | Rentals | Kiraaya | Rooms for rent, shops, land, tools on rent | Landlords, tenants |
| 7 | Property | Zameen-Jaydaad | Land for sale/purchase, plots, houses | Landowners, buyers |
| 8 | Food | Khaana-Peena | Home-cooked food, tiffin services, sweets, achaar | Women, dhaba owners |
| 9 | Healthcare | Swasthya | Doctors, vaidya, ayurveda, medical stores | Doctors, chemists |
| 10 | Education | Shiksha | Tuition, coaching, skill training, books | Teachers, students |
| 11 | Events | Events | Weddings, birthdays, puja, DJ, tent-house | Event organizers, band-walas |
| 12 | Handicrafts | Hastkala | Handmade items, pottery, painting, weaving | Artisans, SHG women |
| 13 | Electronics | Electronics | Used phones, TVs, laptops, chargers, accessories | Shopkeepers, repair technicians |
When you create content for Instagram, think of these 13 categories as your gold mine of ideas. You can make 10-20 reels from each category! Just look around your village and see who does what.
KaryoSetu is for everyone — but it's been built especially for these people:
Farmers can sell their crops, seeds, fertilizer, and farming equipment. No need to go all the way to the mandi — the work gets done right from your phone. A buyer from the next village contacts you directly.
Maniram listed his wheat on KaryoSetu — "50 quintals of wheat for sale, Wardha district." Within 2 days, 3 buyers contacted him. Without any middleman, he got ₹2,350 per quintal directly, while the mandi was offering only ₹2,100. Maniram earned ₹12,500 extra!
Small shop owners can showcase their shop and products on KaryoSetu. People who can't physically reach the shop can see everything on their phone and place orders.
Shakuntala Didi's general store sits on the highway outside the village. She listed her store on KaryoSetu — "Shakuntala General Store — kirana, stationery, mobile recharge." Now people from 3 villages call her to order stuff. Her monthly business went up by ₹15,000!
There are lakhs of artisans in our country who do incredible work — but their craft never leaves their village. KaryoSetu makes their work visible.
Women's self-help groups are packed with talent — papad, achaar, stitching, embroidery, candles, soap. List all of it on KaryoSetu and sell it across your block.
Students can list their old books, notes, and tuition services. Someone can teach coding, someone else can teach math.
If you're a mistri, plumber, or electrician — list your service on KaryoSetu. People nearby will find a worker, and you'll find work.
Grab a piece of paper right now and write down the names of 10 people in your village who could use KaryoSetu. Next to each name, write — what they could sell and which category it falls under.
This list will become your source for content ideas later!
Let's look at a few more real-life scenarios to see how KaryoSetu actually helps people:
Problem: Ramu the farmer's tomato crop is ready, but the mandi is 30 km away. A tempo will cost ₹1,500. The commission agent at the mandi will take an 8% cut.
KaryoSetu Solution: Ramu created a voice listing on KaryoSetu — "200 kg tomatoes, fresh, 5 km from Wardha." The next day, 3 local shopkeepers contacted him. One shopkeeper came to the village himself and bought everything at ₹18/kg. No mandi trip, no middleman, no tempo expenses!
Problem: Sunita Behen makes beautiful bamboo baskets and decorative items. People in the village pay her ₹50-100 for them. The same items sell for ₹500 in the city, but she has no way to get there.
KaryoSetu Solution: Sunita uploaded photos of her baskets. A gift shop owner from a nearby town placed an order — 50 baskets at ₹250 each. Sunita's income went up 5x!
Problem: Vikram Bhai is a great plumber, but he only gets work in his own village. The neighbouring villages don't even know he exists.
KaryoSetu Solution: Vikram created a listing — "Plumber — pipeline, boring, motor fitting." Now whenever anyone within a 5 km radius searches for a plumber, Vikram Bhai's name shows up. He started getting 8-10 extra jobs every month!
Just putting up a listing on KaryoSetu doesn't mean things will sell automatically. It's a platform where people can see your stuff — but good photos, an accurate description, and a fair price are essential. And teaching people exactly this is your job as a Setu Star!
A lot of people ask — "Isn't this just like OLX or Quikr? What's new here?" Great question! Let's compare:

Turn this comparison table into a reel! "OLX vs KaryoSetu — Which is better for village folks?" — this topic can go super viral because people love comparison content.
"Bhai, you list something on OLX and some guy from Delhi calls — 'Ship it to me!' How do you ship from a village? But when you list on KaryoSetu, the guy from the next village comes and picks it up himself! That's the power of hyperlocal. Download KaryoSetu, link in bio! #KaryoSetu #GaonKaBazaar #VocalForLocal"
In your own words, write down 3 things that make KaryoSetu different from OLX/Quikr. This will be the foundation of your Instagram content — when someone asks "How is this different from OLX?" you'll have a ready-made answer!
Now that you understand KaryoSetu — what's your role in all of this? You are a Setu Star — your village's digital storyteller, your area's Instagram influencer!
Let's put it simply — a Setu Star is someone who tells the world about KaryoSetu through Instagram content.
You are a content creator. Your job is to:
Think of yourself as your village's brand ambassador — but not the traditional kind who just sticks up posters. You're modern. You make reels, post stories, interact with people. You are your village's influencer!
"You are your village's influencer!" — always keep this in mind. You're not a Bollywood star. You don't need millions of followers. Your 500-5000 followers are more than enough — as long as they are real people from your area who actually listen to what you say.
This is really important — you are a content creator, not a salesman. Understand the difference:
See the difference? A salesman pushes directly. A content creator tells a story — and the product naturally comes into the story. You'll learn this skill in detail in Modules 2 and 3.
"Namaste friends! I'm [your name], and I'm the Setu Star of [your village name]! I'll show you the stories of my village, the talented people here, and an amazing app called KaryoSetu. Follow me — let's explore the digital side of village life together! ⭐ #SetuStar #KaryoSetu #GaonKiKahani"
A lot of people get confused — "Are Setu Saathi and Setu Star the same thing?" Nope! They are completely different roles. Let's understand in detail:
A Setu Saathi is someone who directly helps people use the app. Like — helping an aunty download the app on her phone, creating a listing for her, teaching her how to add photos. A Setu Saathi is on-ground support — they physically go to people in the village and sit with them.
A Setu Star is someone who creates content on Instagram to spread awareness about KaryoSetu. A Setu Star makes reels, posts stories, and inspires people to download the app. A Setu Star is the digital presence.
| Parameter | Setu Saathi 🤝 | Setu Star ⭐ |
|---|---|---|
| Primary Role | Teaching people how to use the app | Creating Instagram content to spread awareness |
| Where You Work | In the village — door-to-door, at the haat, at the chaupal | On Instagram — reels, stories, posts |
| Main Skill | Teaching, patience, communication | Content creation, storytelling, camera confidence |
| Tools | Phone + KaryoSetu app + patience | Phone + Camera + Instagram + editing apps |
| Audience | Individual users (1-on-1) | Instagram followers (1-to-many) |
| Earning Source | Per-user onboarding commission | Referral code + content bonuses |
| Ideal For | Patient people who like helping others | Creative people who like making videos |
| Reach | 1 village, 50-100 people/month | Instagram reach: 1,000-50,000+ people/month |
| Growth Path | Saathi → Senior Saathi → Saathi Lead | Star → Silver Star → Gold Star → Diamond Star |
Setu Saathi = Teacher — teaches people one by one.
Setu Star = Influencer — inspires thousands at once.
Both are important. Without the teacher, students won't learn anything. Without the influencer, students won't even know the school exists. Together, they make KaryoSetu bigger!
One person can do both roles — be a Saathi and a Star. But each role needs different skills and has different targets. If you want to do both, that's awesome! But get good at one first, then start the other.
Now the question is — anyone can become a Setu Star, but what makes a good one? Let's see:
You need to show things in a unique way. Think different. Like — everyone posts a photo of a shop, but you show the behind-the-scenes — how the goods arrive, how they're arranged, how customers come in. That's creativity!
You shouldn't feel shy speaking in front of the camera. Everyone feels nervous at first — that's totally normal. But it goes away with practice. Make 10 reels, and by the 11th you'll look like a pro!
You need to love your village. You need to know the people — who does what, whose craft is special, what sells where. This knowledge is what will fuel your content.
You need a phone with a decent camera. No iPhone needed! A phone in the ₹8,000-10,000 range works just fine as long as the camera is decent and there's enough storage.
You need internet to upload reels on Instagram. Mobile data (4G/5G) works just fine. WiFi is even better if you have it.
Success on Instagram doesn't come in a day. You need to post content regularly. At least 2-3 reels per week are a must. The star who stays consistent is the one who grows.
"Done is better than perfect!" — Your first reel won't be perfect, maybe not the second one either. But by your 20th reel, you'll look amazing to everyone. Just start, and you'll keep improving!
Rate yourself from 1 to 5 on each of these qualities (1 = low, 5 = very high):
Work harder on the quality where you scored low. And the one where you scored high — that's your strength, make full use of it!
A Setu Star creates many types of content. You'll learn all of these in detail in Modules 2 and 3, but here's an overview:
| Content Type | What It Is | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Shop Spotlight | Featuring a local shop or business | "Today we meet Ramu Halwai — been making jalebi for 30 years!" |
| App Tutorial | Teaching a KaryoSetu app feature | "Create a listing in 5 seconds — just by speaking!" |
| Business Tips | Tips for small businesses | "Take shop photos that actually attract customers!" |
| Success Stories | Stories of people whose lives changed with KaryoSetu | "This didi started earning ₹15,000/month from achaar!" |
| Village Life | Showing village life, markets, festivals | "Our village haat — look at the colours, look at the talent!" |
Reels have a long life — they show up on the explore page and bring in new followers. This is your main content.
Stories disappear after 24 hours — but they're great for boosting engagement with existing followers. Daily updates, behind-the-scenes, polls — put all of that in stories.
Let's see what a typical day looks like for an active Setu Star:
You don't need to spend the whole day on Instagram! Just 2-3 hours daily is enough — shooting (1 hour) + editing (30-45 min) + engagement (30 min). The rest of the time, do your own thing — study, farm, work — whatever you do. Being a Setu Star is a side hustle, not a full-time job (at least in the beginning)!
Look at the schedule above and create your own daily schedule. Fit it around your normal routine (job, studies, farming, or whatever). Write down:
The Setu Star program has 4 levels — each level comes with more rewards, more recognition, and more opportunities. It's a ladder — the higher you climb, the more you earn and the more well-known you become.
The Setu Star program has 4 tiers:
Each tier has its own requirements and its own rewards. Let's look at them in detail:
| Parameter | ⭐ Star | 🥈 Silver Star | 🥇 Gold Star | 💎 Diamond Star |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Min Referrals (via code) | 10 | 50 | 200 | 500 |
| Min Reels/Month | 8 | 12 | 16 | 20 |
| Min Followers | 100 | 500 | 2,000 | 5,000 |

| Rewards | Base commission | 1.5x commission + merch kit | 2x commission + events + feature | 3x commission + salary + travel + team lead |
10 referrals in the first month — that's not even 1 referral per day. There are at least 50-100 people in your village who use smartphones. If you make 1 good reel every day and share your code, 10 referrals is super easy!
This is your starting point — the first step. When you join the Setu Star program, you become a Star.
Requirements:
What You Get:
Priya (Nagpur) — college student, made 8 reels in the first month, brought in 14 referrals. Instagram followers reached 150. Monthly earning: ₹700 (14 × ₹50). Priya said — "₹700 might seem less, but this is just the start! Next month, I'm going for Silver Star!"
When you perform consistently for 3 months, you become a Silver Star. This is the stage where people start taking you seriously.
Requirements:
What You Get:
Don't panic at 500 followers! If you regularly post good content, use local hashtags, and follow people from your village — 500 followers in 3 months is a very realistic target. Grow just 5-6 followers per day, 3 months = ~500!
Gold Star — now you're an established creator. Your content regularly pulls in views, people are following you, and you're well-known in your area.
Requirements:
What You Get:
Vikas (Wardha) — 220 referrals in 6 months, 2,400 followers, 97 reels published. Total earnings so far: ₹25,000+. KaryoSetu shared his reel on their official page — his views skyrocketed. Vikas is now known in his district as "that KaryoSetu guy!"
Diamond Star — this is the top of the game. These are the people who've become professional-level content creators and are creating serious impact for KaryoSetu.
Requirements:
What You Get:
Becoming a Diamond Star isn't easy — 12 months of consistent effort, 500 referrals, 5,000 followers — all of that takes time and dedication. But it's also not impossible! There are plenty of village influencers across India with 10,000-50,000 followers. You can be one too — just stay consistent!
Tier upgrades don't happen automatically — you need to apply. Here's the process:
Tier upgrades aren't based on numbers alone — content quality matters a lot too. 12 high-quality reels are better than 16 low-quality ones. The KaryoSetu team looks at overall content quality, engagement rate, and community impact.

Diamond Stars even get a salary, travel perks, and can become team leads! And to start? You just need 10 referrals. So here we go — my journey from Star to Diamond Star begins now! Use my code STAR-RAJU-WRD and let's do this together! ⭐💎 #SetuStar #KaryoSetu #GaonKaInfluencer"
Write down on a piece of paper:
Now let's get to the most important part — how will you actually earn money? Let's understand the entire earning system, rupee by rupee.
A Setu Star's primary earning comes from referrals. It's really simple:
Pay attention — you do not get paid just because someone downloaded the app. You only get credited when that person creates their first listing. That's when your referral counts and your payment gets processed. This is why your content needs to inspire people not just to download, but to actually use the app!
When you join the Setu Star program, you get a unique referral code. This code is your digital identity — it tracks how many people came to the app because of you.
Your code will look something like this:
This code is unique — nobody else in the world will have the same code!
| Where | How | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Instagram Bio | Write the code in your bio | "📱 Download KaryoSetu — Code: STAR-RAJU-WRD" |
| Reel Captions | Include in every reel caption | "Download KaryoSetu app & use code STAR-RAJU-WRD! Link in bio 🔗" |
| Reel Video (Text Overlay) | Show it as text in the video | Code appears on screen at the end of the reel |
| Verbally in Reel | Say it out loud | "Friends, download KaryoSetu right now and enter my code — STAR RAJU WRD!" |
| Instagram Stories | Story with link + code | Story sticker with code |
| WhatsApp Status | Share on your status | Image/video with code |
| WhatsApp Groups | Share in village/local groups | "Your village's digital bazaar — code: STAR-RAJU-WRD" |
Don't be spammy when sharing your code! Don't say "download download download" every 2 minutes. Instead, create great content — content so good that people ask on their own "Where can I download this app?" That's when you say — "Link's in the bio, use my code!"
Now let's look at concrete numbers — how much you can actually earn:
| Referrals/Month | Monthly Earning | Yearly Earning | Daily Effort |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 (minimum) | ₹500 | ₹6,000 | ~1 referral every 3 days |
| 20 | ₹1,000 | ₹12,000 | ~1 referral every 1.5 days |
| 30 | ₹1,500 | ₹18,000 | ~1 referral per day |
| 50 | ₹2,500 | ₹30,000 | ~1.5 referrals per day |

Month 4-6 (Silver Star): Raju made 90 referrals × ₹60 = ₹5,400
Month 7-12 (Gold Star): Raju made 300 referrals × ₹80 = ₹24,000
First year total earning: ₹31,650 + content bonuses!
And all of this with ₹0 investment — just a phone, internet, and hard work!
This table shows your cumulative (total) earning at each milestone:
| Milestone | Total Referrals | Rate | Milestone Earning | Cumulative Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ⭐ Star Complete | 10 | ₹50 | ₹500 | ₹500 |
| 🥈 Silver Star Complete | 50 (40 at ₹60) | ₹60 | ₹2,400 | ₹2,900 |
| Halfway to Gold | 125 (75 at ₹80) | ₹80 | ₹6,000 | ₹8,900 |
| 🥇 Gold Star Complete | 200 (150 at ₹80) | ₹80 | ₹12,000 | ₹14,900 |
| Halfway to Diamond | 350 (150 at ₹100) | ₹100 | ₹15,000 | ₹29,900 |
| 💎 Diamond Star Complete | 500 (300 at ₹100) | ₹100 | ₹30,000 | ₹44,900 |
By the time you reach Diamond Star, you'll have earned at least ₹44,900 — just from referral commissions alone! Content bonuses and salary are extra!
Beyond referral commissions, there are more ways to earn:
If one of your reels goes viral (10,000+ views), you get an extra bonus:
Every month, the top 3 performers get an extra bonus:
Top performers are chosen based on a combination of referrals + content quality + engagement rate.
During festivals (Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas, Navratri), special campaigns run with bonus referral rates — usually 2x the normal rate!
If you create collaboration content with a local business and that business gets listed on KaryoSetu, you get an extra ₹100 bonus per business listing!
Best strategy — include your referral code in every reel (both in the video and the caption), put in extra effort during festival seasons (2x rates!), and create quality content so you can earn viral bonuses. One viral reel = the impact of 50 normal reels!
Your earnings go straight into your UPI account. No cheques, no trips to the bank, no waiting!
KaryoSetu pays out every week — usually on Monday:
Raju's Week:
Monday: 2 referrals ✅
Wednesday: 1 referral ✅
Friday: 3 referrals ✅
Sunday: 1 referral ✅
Total: 7 referrals × ₹50 = ₹350
Payment processed next Monday → ₹350 in UPI by Tuesday!
• Minimum payout is ₹100 — if you earned less than ₹100 in a week, it carries over to the next week
• Fake referrals (like creating multiple accounts yourself) get detected and your account can be banned — never ever do this!
• Payment is only for verified referrals — verified means download + first listing completed
Let's walk through a complete calculation example:
Profile: Seema, 22 years old, college student, 600 Instagram followers
Month: April 2026
Week 1:
Week 2:
Week 3:
Week 4:
Monthly Total:
12 reels, 26 referrals, ₹2,760 income — not bad for a college student spending 2-3 hours daily!
Work out the math for yourself:
Write these numbers down and check every month — are you hitting your targets or not!
Now you know what a Setu Star is, how the tier system works, and how you'll earn. But the most important question — What content will you actually create? What will you post on Instagram that people like, that grows your followers, and that brings in referrals?
For this, we've created 5 Content Pillars — these are the 5 types of content every Setu Star should create. Think of them as the foundation of your content strategy.
| # | Pillar Name | In Simple Terms | Content Mix | Main Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Shop Spotlight | Feature a local shop | 40% | Showcase local businesses |
| 2 | App Tutorial | Teach the app | 25% | Show KaryoSetu features |
| 3 | Business Tips | Share useful tips | 15% | Help small businesses grow |
| 4 | Success Stories | Tell real stories | 10% | Share real user success stories |
| 5 | Village Life | Show village vibes | 10% | Showcase village culture, markets, festivals |
If you make 10 reels a month, here's how to split them:
• 4 reels = Shop Spotlight
• 2-3 reels = App Tutorial
• 1-2 reels = Business Tips
• 1 reel = Success Story
• 1 reel = Village Life
It doesn't have to be an exact match — this is a guideline, not a rule!
This is your bread and butter content — the kind you'll make the most. In this type, you feature a local shop, workshop, or small business.
"Friends, today I'm bringing you the most [unique quality] shop in [village/area] — [shop name]! This is [shopkeeper's name] uncle/bhai/didi, who's been [what they make/sell] for [X years]. Look at how [show the process]... Amazing, right? And now their shop is on KaryoSetu too — which means people from the whole area can find them! List your shop too — link in bio, code [your code]! ⭐"
This content directly teaches KaryoSetu app features. Two big benefits — people learn how to use the app (they create listings = your referral count goes up!), and you build an "expert" image.
"Friends, creating a listing on KaryoSetu is so easy, it takes just 5 seconds! Watch — [screen recording starts] — just press this mic button and say 'I want to sell my buffalo, Wardha district' — done! The app created the listing by itself! Add a photo, enter the price, and hit Done! Now your buffalo is visible to the entire district. Download it — link in bio!"
• Make sure no personal information (phone number, address) is visible in the screen recording!
• If you're creating a demo listing for the tutorial, delete it afterwards — don't leave fake listings up
• Use simple language — don't say "Navigate to Settings," say "Tap the 3 dots in the top corner"
This content is educational — you're giving small business owners tips on how to grow their business. This kind of content positions you as a knowledge leader and attracts followers who are interested in business.
"Friends, here's one tip that can get your listing 3x more views — Photos! Look at this photo [show bad photo] — dark, blurry, can't see anything. Nobody's going to click on it. Now look at this photo [show good photo] — bright, clear, product is crystal clear. Just do 3 things: 1) Take photos in natural light, 2) Keep the background clean, 3) Show multiple angles. That simple! Now go update your KaryoSetu listings — link in bio!"
You can create a series — a "Business Tips" series, like:
Series content is loved by the Instagram algorithm — people who watch Part 1 will follow you for Part 2!
This is the most powerful type of content — real stories from real people. When someone watches and thinks "Hey, this person is just like me, and they did so well with KaryoSetu" — they'll want to try it too.
"Friends, today meet [name] [bhai/didi/chacha/aunty]. They [work] in [village]. Before, their problem was [problem]. Then they listed their [listing/service] on the KaryoSetu app. And in just [X days/weeks], [result]! [Person speaks to camera]: 'Yes, it was great, now [positive outcome].' See? Completely real! You try it too — link in bio, code [code]! ⭐"
• Always get permission — ask the person "Can I share your story on Instagram?"
• Don't exaggerate — if someone earned ₹5,000, don't say ₹50,000
• Keep it relatable — the viewer should feel "I could do this too!"
• In the video, let the person speak for themselves — their words have more impact than yours
This content isn't directly about KaryoSetu — it showcases your village's culture, beauty, and energy. But it's really important because:
"Friends, this is our [village name]'s Saturday bazaar! Look — Ramu Chacha is selling vegetables, this didi is selling hand-ground masala, and this bhai has brought fresh gur! The village bazaar = the real India! And now all of this is available on KaryoSetu too — right on your phone! 📱 #GaonKaBazaar #VillageLife #KaryoSetu"

Make a content plan for the next 2 weeks. Write it down on paper:
Having a plan keeps your content consistent — no more "what do I make today?" confusion!
Always use these hashtags in every reel:
15-20 hashtags per reel is optimal. Don't add more than that — it looks spammy.
Enough talking — it's time for action! Here's a step-by-step plan for your first 7 days. Each day has a clear goal and a checklist. Just follow it!
Theme: Understand
Today your job is to get to know the KaryoSetu app inside out. Until you understand the app yourself, how will you show it to others?
While exploring the app, take notes — write down which features you found interesting, where you got confused, what you liked. These notes will become your tutorial content ideas later!
Theme: Prepare
Today you'll set up your Instagram account and post your very first reel!
"Namaste friends! 🙏 I'm [your name] — from [village/town]! Starting today, I'll show you the real India of our village — the people, the talent, the shops, and an amazing app called KaryoSetu that's the digital bazaar for villages! Follow me, we'll have fun and learn a lot! ⭐ #SetuStar #GaonKiKahani #KaryoSetu"
Theme: Start
Today you're going out into the field! Visit 3 local shops, chat with the owners, and create your first Shop Spotlight reel.
You'll feel nervous — "What do I say? How do I start? What if the shopkeeper says no?" — that's all completely normal! Remember — you're giving them free promotion, you're not taking anything from them. 8 out of 10 people will happily say yes!
Theme: Teach
Today you'll make a reel teaching a KaryoSetu app feature. Use the screen recording + voiceover format.
Choose any one:
Theme: Give Value
Today you'll create a Business Tips reel — something genuinely useful for small business owners.
"Bhai, why does nobody click on your listing? 🤔 Because your photo looks like this! [Show bad photo] Now look at this — same item, but the photo is taken like this [Show good photo]. See the difference? 3 tips: One — take it in natural light, near a window. Two — keep the background clean, use a plain cloth. Three — take 3-4 angles, front, top, side. That's it! Now go update your KaryoSetu listing photos! Link in bio! 📱"
Theme: Grow
Today you'll aggressively share your referral code and build engagement.
Instagram's algorithm pushes accounts that actively engage. This means — the more you reply to comments, comment on others' posts, and react to stories — the more Instagram will show your content to people. Spend 15-20 minutes daily just on engagement!
Theme: Learn and Move Forward
Today you'll review your first week — what worked, what didn't, what you learned — and plan next week.

After Week 1 is done — just repeat the same pattern! 2-3 reels every week, regular stories, engagement, and referral code sharing. Module 2 will give you the advanced Instagram Creator account setup, editing tools, and detailed content strategy. Module 3 covers advanced content creation techniques. For now, just do one thing — START! 🚀
• Perfectionism: "The reel isn't perfect, I won't post it" — WRONG! An imperfect post > No post. Quality improves with time.
• Comparison: "That creator has 10K followers, I have 10" — WRONG! Everyone's journey is different. Focus on YOUR progress.
• Spam: Posting "Download it! Download it!" in every group — WRONG! Create value-based content and people will come on their own.
• Inconsistency: "Don't feel like it today" — stay disciplined! You made a 7-day commitment, finish it!
• No engagement: Posting and forgetting about it — WRONG! Reply to comments, post stories, stay active!
Submit all homework in the WhatsApp support group — send photos, screenshots, or videos. The KaryoSetu team will review it and give you feedback. Completing the homework is required to unlock Module 2!
Congratulations! 🎉 You've completed Module 1! Now you know:
Now there's just one thing left to do — START!
"You are your village's influencer!"
"Work for every hand, identity for every village!"
"Done is better than perfect!"
"From Star to Diamond Star — the journey is yours!"
Write this out by hand, take a photo, and share it in the WhatsApp group:
"I, [your name], am a Setu Star from today.
I will show the world the story of my village [village name].
My first goal: [X] referrals in [X] days.
I will stay consistent.
From Star to Diamond Star — this is my journey! ⭐💎"
Module 2: "Instagram Mastery" — coming soon! In it, you'll learn: advanced Instagram Creator account setup, video editing tools (CapCut, InShot), camera angles and lighting, how to find trending audio, engagement strategies, and much more! But first — complete the Module 1 homework! 🚀
