Chapter 01
Module 5 ยท The Very First Lesson

Why Learn This? โ€” Trust Is Everything

Let's Start With a Story

Imagine โ€” you are working in a village. Over 3 months, you onboarded 200 people. Those people trust you. KaryoSetu is running in your village, people are happy, and you are earning well.

Now imagine โ€” one day, a user gave you their phone number to create a listing. You passed that phone number to a friend โ€” "This aunty sells pickles, just call and order from her." You felt you did something good โ€” you got the aunty a customer.

But what actually happened?

๐Ÿšจ Remember

"You shared one phone number โ€” 100 people's trust was broken." A privacy breach is not one-sided. One mistake can break the trust of an entire village.

Why Trust Matters โ€” The Village System

In a village, everyone is connected. In a city, if someone makes a mistake, perhaps no one will find out. But in a village? If one person has a bad experience, the entire village knows โ€” within a single day.

This is how trust works in a village:

๐Ÿ˜๏ธ Real Example โ€” Village Trust

A Saathi (name changed) created 150 listings in a village in Madhya Pradesh. Did excellent work. But once, he looked at a user's transaction history without permission โ€” just out of "curiosity." The user found out. The user told the village panchayat. Within the next week, 40 people deleted KaryoSetu. That Saathi was removed, and no work could happen in that village for 6 months.

One act of "curiosity" โ€” 6 months of damage.

Consequences of a Privacy Breach โ€” What Will Happen?

If you break privacy rules, here is what will happen:

ViolationConsequenceHow Quickly?
Shared a phone number with someoneImmediate removal + all pending earnings forfeited24 hours
Opened an account without permissionImmediate removal + warning sent to all Saathis24 hours
Took a screenshot of user dataImmediate removal + possible legal action24 hours
Created a fake accountImmediate removal + permanent ban24 hours
Told OTP to someone elseImmediate removal + legal investigationImmediately
๐Ÿšจ No "Warning" Is Given

For privacy violations, there is no "forgiven the first time." No warning. No second chance. One mistake = immediate removal. This sounds harsh, but it is necessary โ€” because users have placed their trust in you.

Legal Side โ€” The Law

India has a law regarding data privacy โ€” the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Under this law:

๐Ÿ’ก Straight Talk

You don't just lose your job โ€” you can get into legal trouble. That is why privacy rules are not just "company policy" โ€” they are the law.

You Are a "Custodian" โ€” Not an "Owner"

This is the most important thing to understand:

User's data = User's property. You are only a "custodian" โ€” meaning you have been given temporary access, to do your work. It's like someone handing you their car keys for a repair โ€” that doesn't mean the car is now yours.

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ How to Explain This to People

"See, your data belongs to you โ€” just like the key to your house. I am only here to help. I will not share your phone number or your listing with anyone. This is my responsibility and my commitment to you."

๐ŸŽญ Activity: Trust Circle

Sit in a group (5-6 people). Each person writes a "secret" on a piece of paper (not a real one โ€” make it up). Pass that paper to the person next to you. Now the trainer will say: "Everyone holding someone else's paper โ€” stand up and read it aloud." Notice how it feels when your information is shared with everyone. That is exactly how it feels when a user's data is leaked.

๐Ÿ“ Quick Quiz
  1. A Saathi shared a user's phone number in their family WhatsApp group "for a good cause." Is this correct?
โŒ Absolutely wrong. Even if the intention is good โ€” sharing a phone number = removal.
  2. How many warnings do you get after a privacy breach?
Zero (0). No warning. Immediate removal.
  3. How long does it take to build trust and how long to break it?
Building: 3-6 months. Breaking: 3 seconds.
๐Ÿ“‹ Homework
  1. Explain "data privacy" to someone in your home (mother, father, sibling) โ€” in your own words. Write down their reaction.
  2. Write a paragraph: "How would I feel if my phone number got into the hands of a stranger?"
  3. Write 3 main points about the DPDPA Act 2023.
Chapter 02
Module 5 ยท Data Rules

User Data โ€” What You Can and Cannot Do

First, Understand: What Is Data?

"Data" means any information that can identify a person. For example:

All of this is "personal data." The user has a right over it โ€” you do not.

โœ… What You CAN Do

#ActionWhen?Condition
1View profile (during onboarding)When the user is present and being onboardedWith the user's permission
2Help create a listingWhen the user says "create my listing"In the user's presence
3Check a transaction (in a dispute)When the user themselves says "my order didn't arrive"User's written/verbal permission + user is present
4Teach the user how to use the appDuring training/onboardingUser's own phone, in their own hands
5Update a profileWhen the user says "change my address"User is present + gives permission

โŒ What You CANNOT Do

#ActionWhy Not?Consequence
1Share a phone number with anyoneIt is the user's private dataImmediate removal
2Open an account without permissionIt is unauthorized accessImmediate removal
3Take a screenshot of user dataCopying data is prohibitedImmediate removal + legal action
4View transactions/messages without informingIt is the user's private conversationImmediate removal
5Give information to any third partyData is only between the user and KaryoSetuImmediate removal + legal action
6Take the user's phone in your handsThe phone is a personal deviceWarning โ†’ removal
7Edit a listing without the user presentThe listing is the user's propertyWarning โ†’ removal
8Save user data on your phoneData must stay in the company system onlyImmediate removal
๐Ÿšจ "But I Was Only Trying to Help..."

The most common excuse: "I shared the phone number because they needed customers." Intent does not matter. Even if your intention was good โ€” breaking the rule = removal. The user gave you their phone number for onboarding, not for marketing.

Grey Area โ€” Confusing Situations

Some situations will be confusing. Here is guidance:

๐Ÿค” Situation 1: "Give me that uncle's number, I want to buy something from him"

Someone asks you for another user's number.

โœ… Correct response: "Their listing is on the app โ€” you can contact them directly from there. I cannot share anyone's number."

โŒ Wrong: Sharing the number โ€” even if both parties are willing.

๐Ÿค” Situation 2: "Create my sister's account too โ€” use my phone number for hers as well"

Someone wants to use their number for another person's account.

โœ… Correct response: "Each account needs a separate phone number. Your sister needs her own number โ€” her identity should be her own."

โŒ Wrong: Creating two accounts with one number.

๐Ÿค” Situation 3: The Village Champion says "send me this user's details"

Your senior asks for user data.

โœ… Correct response: "Sir, I cannot share user data directly. Please send an in-app request, or I will take the user's permission and connect you."

โŒ Wrong: Sharing data because a senior asked. The rules are the same for everyone.

๐Ÿšจ Remember: What "Permission" Means

Permission means โ€” the user themselves said "yes, go ahead" โ€” for that specific task, at that moment. "They said yes yesterday" does not work. "I think they won't have a problem" does not work. Every time, for every task โ€” fresh permission is required.

"Minimum Data" Rule

Another important principle: Only access as much data as is necessary for the specific task at hand.

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ When You Need to Access User Data

"[User's name], I am going to open your profile to update your listing. I will only look at the listing section. Do I have your permission?"

๐ŸŽญ Activity: Role Play โ€” "I Cannot Share That"

Sit in pairs. One person plays the "Saathi," the other plays the "requester" โ€” who keeps asking for data with different excuses. The Saathi must politely refuse every time. Practice 5 scenarios:

  1. "Brother, give me that aunty's number"
  2. "I am a District Leader โ€” I need all the numbers"
  3. "He is my friend, he won't mind"
  4. "Just this once โ€” no one will find out"
  5. "I want to get them business"
๐Ÿ“ Quick Quiz
  1. A user gave permission yesterday. Can you open their profile today without asking?
โŒ No. Fresh permission is required every time.
  2. The Village Champion asked for user data. What do you do?
Politely refuse. The rules are the same for everyone โ€” senior or junior.
  3. What is the "Minimum Data" rule?
Only access as much data as is needed for that specific task.
๐Ÿ“‹ Homework
  1. Copy the CAN DO and CANNOT DO table and keep it with you. Read it once before bed every night โ€” for 7 days.
  2. Think of 5 "grey area" situations you might face in the field. Write the correct and incorrect response for each.
Chapter 03
Module 5 ยท OTP Security

OTP Safety โ€” Protecting the Code

What Is OTP? โ€” Understanding From the Very Basics

OTP = One-Time Password. It is a temporary code โ€” usually 4 or 6 digits โ€” that arrives on your phone via SMS.

Why does it exist? Imagine โ€” someone wants to open your account. They have your phone number. But the OTP? The OTP will only arrive on your phone. So without the OTP โ€” no one can log in.

OTP is a digital lock. Phone number = lock. OTP = key. The key only arrives to the real owner.

๐Ÿ’ก In Simple Terms

OTP = the key to a digital lock. This key works only once, is valid for only 5 minutes, and arrives only on your phone. Do not give it to anyone โ€” just as you would not hand your house key to a stranger.

Correct Process โ€” How to Handle OTP

When you are onboarding a user or helping them log in, the OTP process must happen exactly like this:

โœ… Correct OTP Flow โ€” Step by Step
  1. Step 1: User tells you their phone number โ†’ you enter it in the app
  2. Step 2: Press the "Send OTP" button
  3. Step 3: OTP arrives on the user's phone via SMS
  4. Step 4: The user reads the OTP themselves โ€” from their phone, with their own eyes
  5. Step 5: The user tells you verbally โ€” "4-7-2-8" (for example)
  6. Step 6: You enter that code in the app
  7. Step 7: Done โ€” login/verification complete

Key Point: You never touch the user's phone. The user reads the OTP, you listen and enter it.

๐Ÿšจ Never Do This โ€” OTP Red Lines

1. Taking the user's phone in your hands to see the OTP โŒ
2. Asking the user to "forward the OTP on WhatsApp" โŒ
3. Grabbing the user's phone to enter the OTP โŒ
4. Taking a screenshot of the OTP โŒ
5. Writing the OTP down anywhere โŒ
6. Asking the user to "message me the OTP" โŒ

OTP Properties โ€” Important to Know

PropertyDetail
Validity5 minutes (300 seconds) โ€” expires after that
One-time useOnce used, it will not work again
Device-specificArrives only on the registered phone number
ResendIf expired, request a new one via the "Resend OTP" button
Maximum attempts3 incorrect entries = 30 minute wait

How to Explain OTP to Users?

Many rural users do not know the OTP concept. Explain it to them like this:

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Script: Explaining OTP

"See, when you enter your phone number โ€” the app sends a code to your phone. This code arrives only on your phone โ€” no one else's. This is so that no one else can open your account. You need to read this code aloud to me โ€” I will enter it. Your phone will not come into my hands. This is completely safe โ€” just like only you know your bank ATM PIN, similarly this code is only yours."

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Script: When OTP Expires

"No problem โ€” this code works for only 5 minutes. It is like that for safety. I will send a new code now โ€” it will arrive on your phone. There is no issue."

โš ๏ธ Scam Alert: OTP Fraud

If someone asks you for an OTP โ€” understand this: it is a scam.

๐Ÿšจ These Are Scam Patterns โ€” Recognize Them

"I am calling from KaryoSetu head office โ€” tell me your OTP" โ†’ SCAM. KaryoSetu never asks for OTP.

"Your account needs to be verified โ€” send the OTP" โ†’ SCAM. Verification never happens over a phone call.

"I am your Village Champion โ€” forward the OTP" โ†’ SCAM. A Village Champion never needs your OTP.

"You have won a prize โ€” claim it with the OTP" โ†’ SCAM. There is no prize.

๐Ÿšจ Golden Rule of OTP

Anyone who asks for an OTP is always wrong. No matter who they are โ€” KaryoSetu staff, Village Champion, District Leader, anyone. No KaryoSetu employee will ever ask for an OTP. If someone asks = scam = report immediately.

Special Situations

The user cannot read โ€” how will they share the OTP?

Many rural users cannot read. In such cases:

The user has a feature phone โ€” how to read the SMS?

๐ŸŽญ Activity: OTP Role Play

Form a group of three:

  1. Person A = Saathi (you)
  2. Person B = User (the one being onboarded)
  3. Person C = Observer (who checks if the process is correct)

Practice the full OTP flow. The Observer has a checklist:

  • โ˜ Did the Saathi touch the user's phone? (Should not happen)
  • โ˜ Did the user read the OTP themselves? (Should happen)
  • โ˜ Did the Saathi ask for permission? (Should happen)
  • โ˜ Was the OTP written down anywhere? (Should not happen)

Do 3 rounds โ€” switch roles each time.

๐Ÿ“ Quick Quiz
  1. How long is an OTP valid?
    5 minutes (300 seconds)
  2. The user cannot read โ€” how will you enter the OTP?
The user turns their phone screen toward you โ€” you look at it and enter. Never take the phone in your hands.
  3. Your Village Champion asked you for your OTP. What do you do?
Refuse and report. Anyone who asks for an OTP = scam, no matter who they are.
  4. What is the correct flow for handling OTP?
OTP arrives on user's phone โ†’ User reads it themselves โ†’ User tells you verbally โ†’ Saathi enters it in the app.
๐Ÿ“‹ Homework
  1. Explain OTP to an elderly person at home โ€” in your own words. Did they understand? How many times did you have to explain? Write it down.
  2. Think of 3 more OTP scam examples that could happen in a village. Write the "correct response" for each.
Chapter 04
Module 5 ยท Login Security

Password and Login โ€” What To Do

KaryoSetu Has No Password โ€” It Uses OTP-Based Login

Many apps have passwords โ€” like Facebook, Gmail. But KaryoSetu does not have a password system. KaryoSetu uses OTP-based login.

What this means:

๐Ÿ’ก Why OTP-Based Login Is Better

Problems with passwords: people forget them, set simple ones like "123456," use the same password everywhere, or write it on paper. OTP has none of these problems โ€” a new code every time, valid for only 5 minutes, arrives only on the phone.

Common Situation: "Set My Password"

Many users โ€” especially those who use Facebook/WhatsApp โ€” will ask: "Brother, what is my password?" or "Set my password"

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Script: When a User Asks About Password

"See, KaryoSetu does not need a password. This app works with OTP โ€” meaning every time you log in, a code will arrive on your phone. Enter that code โ€” you are logged in. No need to remember a password. It is also safer โ€” because someone can steal a password, but OTP is new every time."

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Script: "I Cannot Log In"

"No problem. Enter your phone number in the app. Press 'Send OTP.' A code will arrive on your phone โ€” enter it. You will be logged in. If the code is not coming โ€” press the 'Resend' button. If it still does not come โ€” check your network, or try again after some time."

Login Troubleshooting โ€” Common Problems

ProblemReasonSolution
OTP not arrivingNetwork issue / SMS delayWait 30 seconds โ†’ Resend โ†’ Check network
"Invalid OTP" errorEntered wrong code / ExpiredRequest a new OTP โ†’ Enter carefully
"Too many attempts"Entered wrong code 3 timesWait 30 minutes โ†’ Try again
Phone number has changedUser changed their SIMContact the support team: saathi-support@karyosetu.in
"Account not found"New user / Wrong numberVerify the number โ†’ If new, register them
๐Ÿšจ Never Do This โ€” Login Rules

1. Do not log in on behalf of a user (without them present) โŒ
2. Do not save a user's phone number + OTP on your phone โŒ
3. Never say "I will log in later and fix it" โŒ
4. Do not access a user's account from your device โŒ
5. Do not enter your own number into someone else's login "for testing" โŒ

Multiple Devices โ€” One Account, One Phone

A KaryoSetu account is linked to one phone number. Important points:

๐Ÿšจ Never Give Your Saathi Account to Anyone

Your Saathi account is yours alone. Do not give it to any friend, family member, or another Saathi โ€” ever. If a mistake is made from your account, you will be held responsible.

๐ŸŽญ Activity: Login Help Practice

Practice in pairs โ€” one as Saathi, one as User. Handle these 4 situations:

  1. User says: "Tell me my password"
  2. User says: "OTP is not coming"
  3. User says: "I changed my phone โ€” now I cannot log in"
  4. User says: "You log in from your phone into my account"

Practice the correct response for each situation.

๐Ÿ“ Quick Quiz
  1. How does login work in KaryoSetu?
OTP-based login โ€” enter phone number โ†’ OTP arrives โ†’ enter it โ†’ logged in.
  2. A user says "set my password" โ€” what do you do?
Explain that KaryoSetu has no password, login happens via OTP โ€” which is safer.
  3. Can you access a user's account from your phone?
    โŒ Absolutely not. Never.

Part B โ€” Recognize

How to Spot Scams ยท Protecting Vulnerable Users

Chapter 05
Module 5 ยท Fraud Detection

Spotting Scams โ€” Signs of Fraud

Scams Are Increasing in Rural India

In 2024-25, online fraud cases in India increased by 300%. Rural areas are the biggest targets โ€” because people know less about digital fraud. You are a Saathi โ€” it is your responsibility to recognize fraud and protect users.

Here are 8 common scam patterns that can occur on KaryoSetu:

Scam #1: Too-Good-To-Be-True Listings

๐ŸŽฏ What It Looks Like

A listing: "iPhone 15 โ€” only โ‚น500! Hurry, limited stock!"

Or: "50 inch Smart TV โ€” โ‚น1,200. Pay first, delivery tomorrow."

Or: "Honda Activa โ€” โ‚น2,000. Selling cheap because of a transfer."

๐Ÿšจ How to Spot It

If something is 80-90% cheaper than the market price โ€” it is 99% a scam. No one sells an iPhone for โ‚น500. No one gives a TV for โ‚น1,200. "If it is this cheap, something is wrong" โ€” that is the golden rule.

How to report: Press the "Report" button on the listing โ†’ Select "Suspicious pricing" โ†’ Submit.

Scam #2: Advance Payment Requests

๐ŸŽฏ What It Looks Like

Seller says: "First send โ‚น500 advance โ€” then I will send the goods. UPI to this number."

Or: "A booking amount of โ‚น1,000 is required. It will be adjusted later."

๐Ÿšจ Rule

On KaryoSetu, advance payment outside the app should never be made. If someone asks for payment to a UPI number/bank account โ€” it is a scam. Only use the KaryoSetu payment system โ€” where both parties are protected.

Tell the user: "Only make payments within the app. Do not send money to anyone's UPI or bank account outside the app."

Scam #3: Fake Saathi Claiming Fees

๐ŸŽฏ What It Looks Like

Someone comes to a village and says: "I am a KaryoSetu Saathi. To create your account โ€” โ‚น200 fee is required."

Or: "To make a premium listing, give me โ‚น500 โ€” I will get it done."

๐Ÿšจ Rule

Saathis never take money from users. Creating an account is FREE. A basic listing is FREE. If someone asks for money and claims "I am a Saathi" โ€” they are fake. Report immediately.

How to report: Message the WhatsApp helpline: "Fake Saathi report โ€” someone in [location] is charging fees in KaryoSetu's name."

Scam #4: Fake KaryoSetu Staff Asking for OTP

๐ŸŽฏ What It Looks Like

Phone call: "Hello, I am calling from KaryoSetu head office. There is a problem with your account. For verification, please tell me the OTP that just arrived."

๐Ÿšจ SCAM โ€” 100% SCAM

No KaryoSetu staff, no employee, no manager will ever ask for an OTP over the phone. If someone calls and asks for an OTP โ€” hang up and report immediately. Even if the caller ID shows "KaryoSetu" โ€” it is a scam.

Scam #5: Duplicate/Stolen Listings

๐ŸŽฏ What It Looks Like

You created Ramesh ji's listing โ€” "Wooden Furniture, Ramesh Carpenter." Next week you see โ€” someone else has created a listing with the same photos, same description โ€” with a different phone number. This is a stolen listing.

How to spot it:

Report it: "Duplicate listing" โ†’ also provide the link to the original listing

Scam #6: Fake Reviews

๐ŸŽฏ What It Looks Like

A seller has 50 reviews โ€” all 5-star โ€” but all appeared on the same day. Or the language is the same in all of them โ€” as if copy-pasted. These are fake reviews.

Red flags:

Scam #7: "Win a Prize" Phishing

๐ŸŽฏ What It Looks Like

SMS/WhatsApp message: "Congratulations! You have won โ‚น50,000 in the KaryoSetu Lucky Draw! Click this link to claim: bit.ly/karyowin"

๐Ÿšจ 100% SCAM

KaryoSetu does not run any lucky draw. It does not send prize SMS messages. Do not click any link. If a user receives such a message โ€” tell them: "This is fake. Delete it. KaryoSetu never sends prizes via SMS."

Scam #8: Social Engineering

๐ŸŽฏ What It Looks Like

Someone calls: "I am KaryoSetu's District Manager. You are doing great work. We want to promote you. Just send a screenshot of your Saathi dashboard for verification."

Or: "We are running a special campaign in your area. I need the phone numbers of your top 10 users โ€” we want to give them a special offer."

๐Ÿšจ How to Spot Social Engineering

Someone is flattering you + asking for data/access = SCAM. KaryoSetu promotions do not come via WhatsApp calls. Never share data over the phone. Never send screenshots to anyone. If someone creates "urgency" ("it has to be done now, not tomorrow") โ€” it is 99% a scam.

๐ŸŽญ Activity: Spot-the-Scam Game

The trainer will read 10 situations โ€” some are scams, some are legitimate. You need to identify:

  1. "Update the photo in my listing" โ†’ โœ… Legitimate (with user's permission)
  2. "Got a call from KaryoSetu โ€” asked for OTP" โ†’ โŒ SCAM
  3. "Tractor for โ‚น100 โ€” hurry!" โ†’ โŒ SCAM (too cheap)
  4. "Create an account for my younger sister too โ€” she is 16 years old" โ†’ โŒ Not allowed (minor)
  5. "Send โ‚น2,000 first, then I will give the goods" โ†’ โŒ SCAM

Discuss in the group โ€” what was the red flag in each scam?

๐Ÿ“ Quick Quiz
  1. A listing is selling iPhone 15 for โ‚น500. What do you do?
Report it โ€” "Suspicious pricing." This is 99% a scam.
  2. Someone calls and says "I am from KaryoSetu head office, tell me your OTP" โ€” what do you do?
Hang up. Report immediately. KaryoSetu never asks for OTP over the phone.
  3. What is the most common red flag for spotting a scam?
Urgency ("do it now"), too-good pricing, and asking for data/OTP/payment.
๐Ÿ“‹ Homework
  1. Ask 3 people in your village/area: "Has online fraud ever happened to you?" Write down their stories.
  2. Make a poster of the 8 scam types โ€” in simple language โ€” that you can show to users in the field.
  3. Save the KaryoSetu helpline number in your phone.
Chapter 06
Module 5 ยท Vulnerable Users

Protecting Vulnerable Users

Not All Users Are the Same

You will meet very different kinds of people in the field. Some people need extra care โ€” these are "vulnerable users." With them, you need more patience, more sensitivity, and more caution.

๐Ÿ‘ด Elderly People

Many elderly people do not know how to use a smartphone. OTP, apps โ€” all of this is new to them.

Extra Care Protocol:

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Talking to an Elderly Person

"Uncle, this is an app โ€” like WhatsApp on a phone. Similarly, this one lets you list your work โ€” like the fertilizer you sell. People nearby will be able to see it. Your phone number will stay safe โ€” no one will see it without your consent. Would you like to try? If not, that is perfectly fine โ€” it is your choice."

๐Ÿšจ Verify Consent โ€” Especially with the Elderly

Elderly people often say "yes, yes" without fully understanding โ€” simply because "this young person is saying it, so it must be fine." This is not real consent. Ask them specific questions: "Do you know that your phone number will go into the app? Are you okay with that?" If they seem confused โ€” do not onboard them.

๐Ÿ‘ฉ Women

In rural India, women's privacy is especially important. Some special protocols:

Extra Care Protocol:

๐Ÿšจ Important

If a woman user is feeling uncomfortable โ€” stop immediately. "Alright, no problem. Whenever you are ready, let me know โ€” I will come then." Never force, never argue.

๐Ÿ“ฑ First-Time Internet Users

Extra Care Protocol:

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Explaining Data Safety to a First-Time User

"See, many people think that everything on the internet is visible to everyone. That is not true. This app โ€” only shows what you choose to show. Your phone number stays hidden. Only your name and your listing are visible โ€” so that people can contact you through the app. No one can directly call you without your permission."

๐Ÿ‘ฆ Children (Minors)

๐Ÿšจ Very Important Rule

Creating an account for anyone under 18 years of age is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. No exceptions. No "parental consent" workaround.

If a minor wants to be onboarded:

๐ŸŽญ Activity: Vulnerability Scenarios

Practice 4 scenarios in the group:

  1. Scenario 1: A 70-year-old grandfather cannot understand OTP โ€” keeps asking "what is this?" Handle it.
  2. Scenario 2: A woman user says "do not give my phone number to anyone โ€” it will cause problems at home." Reassure her.
  3. Scenario 3: A 16-year-old boy says "create my account too โ€” I sell samosas." Handle it.
  4. Scenario 4: A first-time user is scared: "All this online stuff is fraud โ€” will my money get deducted?" Reassure them.
๐Ÿ“ Quick Quiz
  1. An elderly person keeps saying "yes yes" without understanding. Will you onboard them?
โŒ No. First verify that they truly understand. Ask specific questions.
  2. A 15-year-old child wants an account, and their parents have given permission. Will you create it?
โŒ No. Under 18 = no account. You can create the parents' account instead.
  3. A woman user's photo needs to go in the listing. What do you do?
Take a photo of the product/service, not the person โ€” unless the user explicitly says so.

Part C โ€” Protect

Your Own Safety ยท Red Lines That Must Not Be Crossed

Chapter 07
Module 5 ยท Personal Safety

Your Own Safety โ€” Staying Safe as a Saathi

You Are Important Too

Throughout this module, we have talked about user safety. But your safety is equally important. You go door-to-door, meet strangers, and sometimes face uncomfortable situations. You need to take care of your own safety as well.

๐Ÿšถ Physical Safety โ€” While Going to the Field

Before leaving:

In the field:

๐Ÿšจ If Someone Gets Aggressive

Walk away. Do not argue. Do not engage. Say "Alright, no problem. I will leave." and go. No listing, no target is so important that your safety should be at risk. Report to your Village Champion.

โšก Real Situations and How to Handle Them
  • "Who are you? What are you doing here?" โ†’ Calmly say: "Hello, I am a KaryoSetu Saathi. Here is my ID card. I have come to help village residents create listings โ€” completely free. Are you interested?"
  • "Go away, we don't need anything" โ†’ "Absolutely, no problem. Good day." and leave.
  • "You are a fraud โ€” you steal phone numbers" โ†’ "I understand your concern. I do not take anyone's phone number. You can check the app if you wish. Let me show my ID." If they are not convinced โ€” leave.
  • Someone becomes physically threatening โ†’ Leave immediately. Do not say anything. Go to a safe place and call your Village Champion/police.

๐Ÿง  Emotional Safety โ€” Protecting Your Mind

Field work can be emotionally tough. You will get many rejections. Some people will be rude. Some will make fun of you. This is normal โ€” but do not take it personally.

Common Emotional Challenges:

Self-Care Tips:

๐Ÿ’ก Remember

"After every 'no,' a 'yes' will come." The first 10 people may refuse โ€” the 11th will say yes. And that 1 "yes" is more powerful than 10 "no's." That single "yes" will bring your confidence back.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Digital Safety โ€” Protecting Your Device

๐ŸŽญ Activity: Create Your Safety Plan

Write your personal safety plan:

  1. Emergency contact 1: _____________ (phone number)
  2. Emergency contact 2: _____________ (phone number)
  3. Village Champion: _____________ (phone number)
  4. My usual field timing: _____ AM to _____ PM
  5. I share my location with: _____________
  6. If someone becomes threatening: _____________ (write your plan)
๐Ÿ“‹ Homework
  1. Complete your Safety Plan and show it to your Village Champion.
  2. Save emergency contacts on your phone โ€” and check that the "Emergency SOS" feature is turned on.
  3. Talk to a fellow Saathi: "Were you ever scared in the field? What did you do?" โ€” Write down their story.
Chapter 08
Module 5 ยท Immediate Removal

Red Lines โ€” Immediate Removal

6 Things That Will Get You Immediately Removed

These 6 actions are ones where there is no warning, no discussion, no second chance. Do it once = immediate removal. All pending earnings forfeited. Permanent ban.

๐Ÿšจ Red Line #1: Creating Fake Accounts

What it is: Creating accounts that do not belong to any real user. Generating numbers, using random names, or creating accounts for non-existent people โ€” to meet targets.

๐Ÿ“‹ Case Study: Fake Accounts

What happened: A Saathi (Rajasthan) was given a target of 100 listings. He created 70 real listings, but added 30 "fake" ones โ€” with random numbers, for people who did not even exist. He thought "no one will find out."

How he was caught: The system detected that 30 accounts never had any login activity. Verification calls were made โ€” numbers were invalid. Auto-flagged by system.

Result: Immediate removal. Credit for the 70 genuine listings was also lost. โ‚น4,200 in pending earnings forfeited. Permanent ban โ€” can never be a Saathi again.

๐Ÿšจ Red Line #2: Creating Fake Listings

What it is: The user is real but the listing is fake. For example โ€” a user only sells vegetables, but you added "Carpenter," "Electrician," "Plumber" as well โ€” to inflate your numbers.

๐Ÿ“‹ Case Study: Fake Listings

What happened: A Saathi (UP) created 5 listings on a farmer's account โ€” "Tractor Rental," "Pesticide Shop," "Labour Supply," "Transport Service," "Seed Shop" โ€” even though the farmer only did farming.

How he was caught: A buyer contacted the "Pesticide Shop." The farmer said "I have no shop โ€” I don't know how this listing appeared." The buyer reported it.

Result: Saathi immediately removed. User's trust was broken. Work in that area stopped for 3 months.

๐Ÿšจ Red Line #3: Sharing User Phone Numbers

What it is: Giving any user's phone number to someone else โ€” for any reason. "To get them business," "they were asking," "I was only helping" โ€” no excuse works.

๐Ÿ“‹ Case Study: Phone Number Sharing

What happened: A Saathi (Maharashtra) gave a dairy farmer's number to his cousin โ€” "You want milk, right? This uncle sells milk, call him." Good intention.

What happened next: The cousin called. The farmer was uncomfortable โ€” "How did he get my number?" The farmer reported it.

Result: Saathi removed. The farmer deleted KaryoSetu. The farmer told 4-5 other people "this app is not safe." Chain reaction โ€” 8 listings lost.

๐Ÿšจ Red Line #4: Onboarding Without the User's Knowledge

What it is: Creating an account with someone's number without meeting them, without their permission. "They are my neighbor โ€” they won't mind" โ€” this excuse does not work.

๐Ÿ“‹ Case Study: Without Knowledge Onboarding

What happened: A Saathi (Bihar) got a list of numbers from the village panchayat. He directly created 50 accounts โ€” without meeting anyone. OTP? "I spoke to them on the phone, they said yes" โ€” but the conversation never actually happened.

How he was caught: During verification calls, 40 out of 50 people said "I have no idea what this account is."

Result: Immediate removal. All 50 accounts deleted. Legal warning issued.

๐Ÿšจ Red Line #5: Using Saathi Access for Personal Benefit

What it is: Using the Saathi dashboard/access for personal work โ€” such as using user data to grow your own business, viewing competitors' listings, or unfairly promoting/demoting a user.

๐Ÿ“‹ Case Study: Personal Benefit

What happened: A Saathi (Gujarat) submitted a request from the dashboard to get his father's shop listing "featured." He also filed "issues" reports against a competitor's listings โ€” false reports โ€” so that the competitor's listings would be removed.

How he was caught: The system detected a pattern โ€” same Saathi, same area, repeated false reports against specific listings.

Result: Immediate removal. Father's listing also removed. Permanent ban.

๐Ÿšจ Red Line #6: Handling Money in Disputes

What it is: Getting in the middle of a buyer-seller dispute and handling money. "I will take the money from both of you โ€” then sort it out" โ€” this is not allowed. A Saathi never becomes a money intermediary.

๐Ÿ“‹ Case Study: Handling Money

What happened: A Saathi (MP) took โ‚น2,000 from a buyer in a dispute โ€” "I will give it to the seller, don't worry." He gave โ‚น1,500 to the seller. Kept โ‚น500 as "commission."

How he was caught: The buyer confirmed with the seller โ€” "Did you get โ‚น2,000?" The seller said "No, I got โ‚น1,500." Both reported it.

Result: Immediate removal. โ‚น500 was recovered. Police complaint filed.

Summary Table โ€” 6 Red Lines

#Red LineDetection MethodPunishment
1Creating fake accountsSystem auto-detection + verification callsImmediate removal + permanent ban
2Creating fake listingsUser reports + verificationImmediate removal + permanent ban
3Sharing phone numbersUser reportsImmediate removal + earnings forfeited
4Onboarding without permissionVerification callsImmediate removal + legal warning
5Using access for personal benefitSystem pattern detectionImmediate removal + permanent ban
6Handling money in disputesUser reports + transaction mismatchImmediate removal + police complaint
๐Ÿšจ "I Won't Get Caught" โ€” Wrong Thinking

Many people think: "How will the system find out?" But KaryoSetu's system uses advanced detection โ€” unusual patterns, verification calls, cross-referencing, user reports. Everything is tracked. 95% of violations are detected within the first 7 days. The remaining 5% are reported by users. No one escapes.

๐ŸŽญ Activity: Red Line Scenarios

The trainer will describe 6 scenarios. You need to identify: (a) Which Red Line was violated? (b) What is the punishment? (c) What was the correct approach?

๐Ÿ“ Quick Quiz
  1. Your target is 100 listings, you have 80. Should you create 20 fake ones?
โŒ Absolutely not. Red Line #1 and #2 violation. Immediate removal. Credit for the 80 genuine listings will also be lost. Report 80 honestly.
  2. In a buyer-seller dispute, the buyer says "you take the money, give it to the seller" โ€” what do you do?
Refuse. "I cannot handle money โ€” this should happen through the app. Let me connect you to the support team."
  3. How many warnings do you get for privacy violations?
Zero (0). No warning. Immediate removal.
Chapter 08-A
Module 5 ยท In-App Safety Tools

Block, Report & Follow โ€” In-App Safety Tools

Why Are These Tools Important?

KaryoSetu is a marketplace โ€” thousands of people are joining it. Where there are so many people, some bad actors can also show up โ€” people who harass, scam, or post inappropriate content. That is why the app has three powerful safety tools built in:

Think of it this way โ€” these tools put power in the hands of users. Just like a village panchayat that stops wrongdoing โ€” these tools let every user manage their own safety. And you, as a Saathi, are responsible for teaching users how to use them.

๐Ÿšจ Remember

A safe marketplace = more users = more trust = more business = more earnings for you. Safety is not just "a nice thing" โ€” it is good business sense.

๐Ÿšซ Block โ€” Stop a Problematic User

What Does Block Do?

When a user blocks another user:

How to Block โ€” Step by Step

๐Ÿ“ฑ Steps to Block
  1. Step 1: Open the profile or listing of the person you want to block
  2. Step 2: Tap the menu icon (โ‹ฎ) in the top right corner
  3. Step 3: Tap "Block User"
  4. Step 4: A confirmation will appear โ€” "Are you sure?" โ†’ Tap "Yes, Block"
  5. Step 5: Done! That person can no longer contact you

To unblock: Settings โ†’ Blocked Users โ†’ Tap "Unblock" next to the person you want to unblock.

When Should You Block Someone?

๐Ÿ˜๏ธ Real Example โ€” When Blocking Is Necessary

Situation: Sunita ji (name changed) sells pickles on KaryoSetu. An unknown person is repeatedly messaging her โ€” "Give me your number," "Where do you live," "Send your photo." Sunita ji is upset and scared.

What the Saathi should do:

  1. Tell Sunita ji immediately: "Let's block this person right now โ€” I will show you how"
  2. Sit with her and teach her to block (her phone stays in her hands)
  3. After that, also help her Report the person (see below)
  4. Reassure Sunita ji: "He will not be able to message you anymore. You are safe."

โš ๏ธ If Sunita ji cannot block the person herself โ€” guide her by looking at the screen, but the phone must remain in her hands.

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Script: Teaching a User How to Block

"See, if someone is bothering you again and again โ€” you can block them. When you block someone, they will not be able to message you, they will not be able to see your listing, and you will not face any trouble. Let me show you โ€” it is very easy. Open their profile... see this three-dot button? Tap on it... see 'Block User'? Tap that... done! Now they cannot contact you."

๐Ÿšฉ Report โ€” File a Complaint About Wrong Content or Behavior

What Does Report Do?

Reporting lets the KaryoSetu team know that something is wrong. The team investigates and takes action โ€” removing a listing, warning a user, or banning an account.

What Can You Report?

What to ReportWhen?Example
Fake ListingThe listing contains false information"iPhone for โ‚น500" โ€” clearly a scam
Inappropriate ContentOffensive, abusive, or inappropriate contentAbusive language, inappropriate photos
Scam / FraudSomeone is cheating or attempting to defraud"Send โ‚น500 first" โ€” advance payment scam
HarassmentSomeone is bothering another personRepeated unwanted messages, threats
Wrong CategoryA listing is in the wrong categoryA clothing listing under "Electronics"
Duplicate / Stolen ListingSomeone has copied another person's listingSame photos, different account

How to Report โ€” Step by Step

๐Ÿ“ฑ Steps to Report
  1. Step 1: Open the listing, profile, or message you want to report
  2. Step 2: Tap the menu icon (โ‹ฎ) or the "Report" button
  3. Step 3: Select the reason for reporting โ€” Fake listing / Scam / Harassment / Inappropriate content / Wrong category / Other
  4. Step 4: If there is an option to add details โ€” write 1-2 lines describing what is wrong
  5. Step 5: Tap "Submit Report"
  6. Step 6: Done! The KaryoSetu team will review it and take action

What Happens After a Report?

  1. Team Review: KaryoSetu's safety team reviews the report โ€” usually within 24-48 hours
  2. Investigation: The listing, profile, and messages are verified
  3. Action: If the violation is confirmed โ€” the listing is removed, the user receives a warning or ban
  4. Notification: The reporter receives a notification โ€” "Action has been taken on your report"
๐Ÿ’ก Saathis Should Report Too

Reporting is not just the users' job. If you see a fake listing, scam, or inappropriate content while working in the field โ€” report it immediately. You are KaryoSetu's "first line of defense" โ€” you spot problems before anyone else does.

The Difference Between Block and Report โ€” This Is Very Important to Understand

๐Ÿšจ Block vs Report โ€” Do Both

Block = protection for yourself. The person will not be able to contact you โ€” but they can still bother others.

Report = protection for the entire community. The KaryoSetu team will take action โ€” the person will receive a warning/ban. Other users will also be safe.

That is why you should do both โ€” first Block (immediate relief), then Report (long-term solution).

๐Ÿ˜๏ธ Real Example โ€” Block + Report Together

Situation: Kamala Bai (name changed) sells vegetables. A person messaged her listing: "I don't want vegetables, give me your number, I want to meet." Kamala Bai ignored it. But the person keeps messaging โ€” and now the messages have turned threatening.

What the Saathi should do:

  1. Block first: Help Kamala Bai block the person immediately โ€” "Let's block him first so no more messages can come through"
  2. Then Report: Help her report the person's profile โ€” reason: "Harassment" โ€” in the details write: "Repeated unwanted messages, threatening behavior"
  3. Reassure: "You did the right thing. The team will look into this. He cannot message you anymore"
  4. Follow up: Check back with Kamala Bai after 2-3 days โ€” "Any more messages? Is everything alright?"

โญ Follow โ€” Stay Connected With Trusted Sellers

What Does Follow Do?

When a buyer follows a seller:

How to Follow โ€” Step by Step

๐Ÿ“ฑ Steps to Follow
  1. Step 1: Open the seller's profile
  2. Step 2: Tap the "Follow" button
  3. Step 3: Done! Now whenever that seller posts a new listing โ€” you will get a notification

To unfollow: Go to the profile again โ†’ Tap the "Following" button โ†’ Unfollow.

How Should Saathis Teach the Follow Feature?

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Script: Teaching Users the Follow Feature

"See, if you liked a seller's work โ€” like Ramesh ji's furniture โ€” you can Follow them. The benefit is that whenever Ramesh ji lists something new โ€” you will know immediately. It's like going to your regular shop in the market โ€” just digital. Let me show you โ€” it is very simple."

๐Ÿ’ก The Follow Feature Benefits Saathis Too

When users follow โ†’ sellers get more customers โ†’ sellers stay happy โ†’ sellers remain active โ†’ your listings stay active โ†’ your metrics improve. Teaching the follow feature is directly linked to your earnings!

Which Users Should You Teach to Follow?

Saathi's Responsibility โ€” Teach All Three Tools

A good Saathi does not just create listings โ€” a good Saathi also teaches users how to use the app safely. Every user should know about these three tools:

ToolWhen to Teach?Who to Teach?
๐Ÿšซ BlockWhen a user is being harassed, or during onboarding as part of safety tipsAll users โ€” especially women and the elderly
๐Ÿšฉ ReportWhen a fake/scam listing appears, or when a user feels uncomfortableAll users โ€” and do it yourself regularly as well
โญ FollowDuring onboarding, or when a user is happy with a sellerActive buyers and regular customers
๐Ÿ’ก Always Mention Safety Tools During Onboarding

Every time you onboard a new user โ€” after creating the listing โ€” spend 2 minutes explaining Block and Report. Say: "If anyone ever bothers you โ€” you can block them. If you see a fake listing โ€” you can report it. These are here for your safety." This small step significantly boosts user trust.

๐ŸŽญ Field Scenarios โ€” How a Saathi Should Help

Situation 1: Ramesh ji says โ€” "Someone messages me every day โ€” 'sell your stuff cheaper' โ€” I am fed up."

โ†’ Saathi: "Ramesh ji, let's block this person. Let me show you how." โ†’ Help him block โ†’ "They will not bother you anymore."

Situation 2: You spot a listing โ€” "Gold for just โ‚น200" โ€” clearly a scam.

โ†’ Saathi: Report it yourself โ€” reason: "Fake listing / Scam" โ†’ and tell nearby users: "This is fake, do not buy from this."

Situation 3: Geeta Bai regularly buys vegetables from a seller and is happy with them.

โ†’ Saathi: "Geeta ji, follow this seller โ€” whenever they list fresh vegetables, you will know right away. You won't have to search every time."

๐ŸŽญ Activity: Safety Tools Practice

Sit in pairs โ€” one plays Saathi, the other plays User. Handle these 4 situations:

  1. Scenario: A user is getting repeated unwanted messages โ€” teach them to Block (the user's phone stays in the user's hands)
  2. Scenario: A user has seen a fake listing โ€” help them Report it
  3. Scenario: A user keeps buying from the same seller โ€” teach them to Follow
  4. Scenario: A woman user is receiving threatening messages โ€” help her Block + Report, and reassure her

For each scenario, the Observer should check: Did the phone stay in the user's hands? Did the Saathi explain clearly?

๐Ÿ“ Quick Quiz
  1. A user is sending repeated inappropriate messages. Do you Block first or Report first?
Block first (so the messages stop immediately), then Report (so the KaryoSetu team can take action and other users stay safe too). Both are necessary.
  2. What is the difference between Block and Report?
Block = protection for you alone (the person cannot contact you, but can still bother others). Report = protection for the entire community (the team investigates, takes action, and other users are also protected).
  3. How does the Follow feature benefit sellers?
Sellers get more customers, followers receive instant notifications about new listings, and the follow count increases the seller's credibility.
  4. Which safety tools should you always explain during onboarding?
Block and Report โ€” every new user should know how to protect themselves when they face trouble.
๐Ÿ“‹ Homework
  1. Teach 5 active users in your area how to use Block and Report. Note their reactions โ€” who found it easy, who found it difficult?
  2. Teach 3 active buyers how to use the Follow feature, and help them follow a good seller.
  3. Look for any suspicious listing on the app โ€” if you find one, report it and show the screenshot (without any user data) to your Village Champion.

Module 5 ยท Reporting

How To Report โ€” Reporting Problems

"If You See Something Wrong, Speak Up โ€” Do Not Stay Silent"

This is the most important rule. If you see something wrong โ€” a scam, a violation, suspicious activity โ€” report it. Do not stay silent. Staying silent = being complicit (becoming a participant).

You should report if:

4 Ways to Report

Method 1: In-App Support Chat

Method 2: WhatsApp Helpline

Method 3: Email

Method 4: Escalation Chain

If it is urgent or you have not received a reply from the above methods:

  1. Village Champion โ†’ your direct senior. Tell them first
  2. District Leader โ†’ if the Village Champion is unavailable or the issue is big
  3. Regional Manager โ†’ if the District Leader cannot solve it either
  4. Head Office โ†’ in extreme cases โ€” saathi-support@karyosetu.in
๐Ÿ’ก Reports Are Confidential

Your report will remain confidential. The person you reported about will not be told who filed the report. Your identity will stay safe.

๐Ÿšจ No Retaliation Policy

If you filed an honest report โ€” and someone threatens, harasses, or punishes you โ€” then they are committing an even bigger violation. KaryoSetu has a strict "No Retaliation" policy. A reporter will never be punished โ€” even if the report turns out to be wrong (as long as the intention was honest).

How to Write a Report โ€” Template

๐Ÿ“ Report Template

When: [Date and time]
Where: [Village/area name]
What happened: [In detail โ€” who was involved, what they did]
Evidence: [Screenshots / messages / witnesses โ€” if any]
Urgency: [Low / Medium / High / Critical]
Action Needed: [What you need โ€” investigation, user safety, immediate action]

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ WhatsApp Report Example

"REPORT: Sitapur village, UP โ€” A man is coming to the village claiming to be a KaryoSetu agent. He is charging people โ‚น300 to create accounts. I saw this today at 11 AM. I don't know his name โ€” he is about 30-35 years old, wearing a blue shirt. This is URGENT โ€” he is still in the village."

๐ŸŽญ Activity: Report Writing Practice

The trainer will describe 3 scenarios. For each scenario:

  1. Write a report in WhatsApp format
  2. Decide the urgency level
  3. Identify the escalation chain โ€” who do you tell first?

Scenarios:

  • You saw another Saathi copying photos from a user's phone
  • A user told you they received a call from "KaryoSetu" asking for their OTP
  • A listing is selling a laptop for โ‚น50
๐Ÿ“ Quick Quiz
  1. How many ways are there to report?
4 โ€” In-app chat, WhatsApp helpline, Email, Escalation chain.
  2. You filed a report, and afterward the person you reported threatened you. Now what?
This is an even bigger violation. Under the No Retaliation policy, report this too โ€” it is retaliation.
  3. Is your identity revealed when you file a report?
No. Reports are confidential. Your identity will not be revealed.
Chapter 10
Module 5 ยท Pledge

Data Safety Pledge

Why a Pledge?

Throughout this module, you have learned:

Now it is time for all of this to become a pledge โ€” a commitment you make to yourself.

๐Ÿ“œ Data Safety Pledge

๐Ÿ”’ Setu Saathi Data Safety Pledge

I, as a Setu Saathi, take this pledge:

โœ‹ I will keep user data safe.
๐Ÿ“ต I will not share anyone's phone number.
๐Ÿ” I will not open any account without permission.
๐Ÿšซ I will not create fake accounts or fake listings.
๐Ÿ’ฐ I will not handle money.
๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ I will take extra care of vulnerable users.
๐Ÿ“ข If I see a problem, I will report it โ€” I will not stay silent.
๐Ÿค I will treat every user with respect.

This is my commitment โ€” to my users, to my village,
and to the KaryoSetu community.

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Take the Pledge Aloud

In the training session, all Saathis should stand. The trainer reads the pledge โ€” everyone repeats together. Say it loudly โ€” this is your commitment:

"I will keep user data safe. I will not share phone numbers. I will not open accounts without permission. I will not create fake accounts. I will not handle money. If I see a problem, I will report it."

Living the Pledge โ€” Daily Practice

Saying the pledge is easy โ€” living it is hard. Every day, situations will come where you will be tempted to take a shortcut. Targets are not being met โ€” should you create a fake listing? Someone is asking for a number โ€” should you give it? No. Remember the pledge.

๐Ÿ’ก Daily Reminder

Every morning before going to the field โ€” spend 30 seconds remembering the pledge. Set a reminder on your phone. Remind each other on the group WhatsApp. "Today too, I will work honestly โ€” I will not take shortcuts."

Pledge Certificate

Saathis who successfully complete Module 5 and take the pledge will receive a "Data Safety Certified Saathi" badge on their app dashboard. This badge is visible to users โ€” and it increases their trust.

๐Ÿšจ What Breaking the Pledge Means

Taking the pledge is mandatory to remain a Saathi. Breaking the pledge = Red Line violation = Immediate removal. These are not just words โ€” they are your professional commitment.

๐ŸŽญ Activity: Pledge Ceremony

Conduct a formal pledge ceremony with the entire group:

  1. Everyone stands up
  2. Trainer reads the pledge โ€” line by line
  3. Everyone repeats โ€” loudly
  4. Every Saathi signs the pledge sheet
  5. Take a photo โ€” this is your commitment moment
๐Ÿ“ Final Module Quiz
  1. State the 6 main commitments of the Data Safety Pledge (without looking).
    1) I will keep data safe, 2) I will not share phone numbers, 3) I will not open accounts without permission, 4) I will not create fake accounts/listings, 5) I will not handle money, 6) If I see a problem, I will report it.
  2. What happens if you break the pledge?
Immediate removal โ€” it is a Red Line violation.
  3. State the most important lesson of this module in one line.
"Trust is everything โ€” one mistake and it is all over." (or similar answers accepted)

๐Ÿšจ Final Reminder

This is the most important module โ€” not because it will be on an exam, but because it will save your career. One privacy violation = career over. One honest day = trust built. The choice is yours.

"A shortcut may meet a target โ€” but it will never build trust."

๐Ÿ’ก The Essence of This Module โ€” One Line

"User's data = User's dignity. Protect the dignity โ€” trust grows โ€” career flourishes."
