Cash Flow Kya Hai?

Sochiye ek nadi hai — paani aata hai, paani jaata hai. Bilkul waise hi aapke business mein paisa aata hai (income) aur paisa jaata hai (expenses). Is aane-jaane ko kehte hain Cash Flow.

Agar zyada paisa aata hai aur kam jaata hai — aap theek hain. Lekin agar zyada jaata hai aur kam aata hai — musibat hai. Simple baat hai, lekin zyaadatar log isko track nahi karte.

"Paisa Haath Se Fisalta Hai"

Gaon mein ek aam baat suni hogi: "Paisa haath mein aata hi nahi, aur agar aata hai toh ruk-ta nahi." Yeh isliye hota hai kyunki hum kabhi likhte nahi ki paisa kahan gaya.

Subah chai ke liye ₹20, bachche ke school ke liye ₹50, phone recharge ₹199, sabzi ₹80, auto ka kiraya ₹40 — din khatam hone se pehle ₹400 nikal gaye, aur aapko yaad bhi nahi rahe.

📖 Ramesh Ki Kahani

Ramesh ek mistri hai jo mahine mein lagbhag ₹15,000 kamaata hai. Har mahine ke aakhir mein uske paas ₹500 bhi nahi bachte. Uski biwi poochti hai — "itna paisa kahan gaya?"

Ramesh ne ek din baith ke sochna shuru kiya:

Total: ₹14,150! Sirf ₹850 bache — aur woh bhi kabhi-kabhi kisi aur choti zaroorat mein nikal jaata hai.

Jab Ramesh ne sab likh diya, tab use pata chala ki kahan cut kar sakta hai. Chai-nashta mein ghar se tiffin le jaaye — ₹1,500 bachat. Dost ke saath khana mahine mein ek baar karein — ₹400 bachat. Bas, ₹1,900 zyada bach gaye!

Cash Flow Positive: Aane wala paisa > Jaane wala paisa → Aap aage badh rahe ho ✅

Cash Flow Negative: Jaane wala paisa > Aane wala paisa → Khatarnak position ❌

Zyaadatar chhote karobaari sochte hain ki woh kamaai kar rahe hain, lekin jab sab jod-ghataav karo toh loss mein hote hain. Yeh tabhi pata chalta hai jab aap likhte hain.

Kamaai Aur Munafa — Farak Samjho

Bahut bada confusion hai yeh: "Maine aaj ₹10,000 kamaye." Lekin kya sachchi mein ₹10,000 aapki jeb mein aaye? Nahi!

Revenue (Kamaai) = Total jo paisa aaya customer se

Profit (Munafa) = Revenue - Saare kharche

Yeh farak samajhna business ki sabse zaroori cheez hai.

📖 Udaharan: Sunita Ki Sabzi Ki Dukaan

Sunita roz subah mandi se sabzi laati hai aur gaon mein bechti hai.

  • Mandi se sabzi kharidi: ₹2,000
  • Auto ka kiraya (aana-jaana): ₹150

Total kharcha: ₹2,200

Usne poore din mein sabzi bechi: ₹3,500

Sunita sochti hai "Maine ₹3,500 kamaye!" — lekin asli munafa:

Aur agar Sunita apna 6 ghante ka waqt bhi gine (₹200 ka value, kyunki woh kahi aur kaam kar sakti thi) — toh real profit = ₹1,100.

"Maine ₹10,000 ki bikri ki" ka matlab "₹10,000 kamaye" NAHI hai! Bikri aur munafa mein bahut farak hai. Jab tak saare kharche nahi nikaalte, tab tak pata nahi ki sachchi kamaai kitni hai.

Gross Profit: Revenue - Seedhe kharche (samaan ka cost)

Net Profit: Gross Profit - Saare baaki kharche (kiraya, bijli, phone, time, sab)

📖 Udaharan: Raju Ka Chai Stall

Raju din mein 100 cup chai bechta hai @ ₹10 per cup = ₹1,000 revenue

  • Chai patti, doodh, cheeni, gas: ₹400
  • Gross Profit: ₹1,000 - ₹400 = ₹600

Ab baaki kharche:

  • Cup/glass dhona, paani: ₹30
  • Thela ka kiraya/maintenance: ₹50/day
  • Bijli (agar light lagaai): ₹20/day
  • Apna time (8 ghante): ₹250 (opportunity cost)

Net Profit: ₹600 - ₹350 = ₹250/day

Raju sochta tha ₹600 kamata hai roz — lekin asal mein ₹250 hi asli munafa hai!

Profit Margin Kya Hai?

Profit Margin bataata hai ki har ₹100 ki bikri mein kitna munafa hua.

Formula: (Net Profit ÷ Revenue) × 100 = Profit Margin %

Raju ka: (₹250 ÷ ₹1,000) × 100 = 25% Profit Margin

Iska matlab har ₹100 ki bikri mein ₹25 sachchi kamaai hai.

Agar Sunita ka: (₹1,300 ÷ ₹3,500) × 100 = 37% Profit Margin — Sunita ka business zyada profitable hai!

Udhar — Chhote Business Ka Silent Killer

Gaon mein udhar dena aam baat hai. "Bhaiya, kal de dunga" — yeh sunke bahut log maan jaate hain. Lekin "kal" kabhi nahi aata, aur aapka paisa dub jaata hai.

Udhar dena dil ki baat hai, lekin business dimaag se chalana chahiye. Agar aapne ₹10,000 ka udhar de rakha hai, toh aapke ₹10,000 phanse hain — na woh samaan kharid sakte hain, na invest kar sakte hain.

बचत — Saving for Tough Times

Bachat Kyon Zaroori Hai?

Gaon mein ek kahawat hai: "Achhe din mein burein din ke liye rakhna chahiye." Yahi bachat hai. Business mein kabhi achhe din aate hain, kabhi bure. Tyohaar mein bikri achhi hoti hai, baarish mein bikri gir jaati hai. Agar achhe dinon mein bachat nahi ki toh bure dinon mein musibat hai.

10-20% Rule

Har mahine apne NET PROFIT ka kam se kam 10% (achha hai 20%) bachat karo. Yeh non-negotiable hai — matlab pehle bachat karo, baaki se kharcha karo.

Raju ki chai ki dukaan ka monthly net profit: ₹7,500

  • 10% bachat = ₹750/month → ₹9,000/year
  • 15% bachat = ₹1,125/month → ₹13,500/year
  • 20% bachat = ₹1,500/month → ₹18,000/year

Raju ne 20% chuna. 1 saal baad uske paas ₹18,000 hain! Isse woh naya chhata kharid sakta hai, ya emergency mein kaam aayega.

Emergency Fund — Musibat Ka Paisa

Emergency fund matlab — agar 3 mahine business band ho jaaye toh bhi ghar chale.

Formula: Monthly ghar ka kharcha × 3 = Emergency Fund

Agar ghar ka monthly kharcha ₹8,000 hai:
